I had a window replaced from this company on June 2,2025 it is…read moreSeptember 16,2025 so literally 14 days after there "30 day" warranty, we'll today as I stated above is 3 months 2 weeks after and the window fell out when I was cleaning it. Mind you you dont need to apply pressure to really clean a window, when I called to speak to them about them fixing there mistake it was the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life! The guy didnt even ask for the address to look up the account for the repair, immediately asked for pictures and immediately said he has no records of it being done! Immediately said it would fall out the same day not later. Well my boyfriend called from his phone to set up the appointment/order to get it done. So he literally already was not trying to do something about this from the beginning. Had my boyfriend call, he asked for pictures so we sent them, asked for the receipt of course sent all that, stated he would review them and call back. About a hour later we call back since he never called back to his paying customer, he once again said it would fall out the same day, that the warranty is past 30 days that it wouldn't have fallen out from there work. Rude as can be even called me "homie". Let me tell you, the screws they used were self tapping well supposed to be and yet they didnt lock into anything, there so tiny its insane! They used double sided foam and glue that it still wet to this day!! They refuse to fix it even though its not my fault this happened it was clearly the work this company provided. Now it has to be done by another company and paid for AGAIN!!! Also wanted a paper receipt but they dont give you one and by the way he says they wont do nothing without a paper reciept so watch out for this also! I want the window done right and the money back for the first one and now this one that the owner is paying for this time. This is not right by any means at all. PLEASE, I BEG YOU, if you can use someone else for your services needed please do it!! If I could give them 0 stars thats what would happen by all means. L
