Made a phone call and emailed over some details to get a quote. Never got an email reply or a quote. If that's how things start with them, I can only imagine the quality of work. I hate to be that person but I've work in customer service for 16+ years. It's really not a difficult task to get back to the customer in a timely manner. Also I attempted a few times to reach out to the company and even left a voicemail. No call back. They need to work on their customer service skills. It's really lacking. Things like this is what affects your business. I'll take this as a sign that they are probably overpriced and quality isn't good. read more

I took a screen to get repaired. Right off the back, they said it was not repairable but it was still intact and not damaged . So I decided to move forward with a new one. I wanted to keep my old one but she said they needed it for exact measurements. A week later I get the call that's it's ready. When I pick it up , the screen looked a little bent but I didn't say anything, I was thinking as long as it fits, I don't mind. When I get home and install screen, to my surprise, it's to small. Measurements were off. My advise is keep your old one to compare to new one which I should have done. read more

We recently had a piece of glass cut with precise measurements. Banning Glass took the info down and fulfilled the order. They called once to alert the item was ready for pick up. We ended up picking up the item only to discover it was 1/16 of an inch too wide. The gal who works at the front desk offers super sweet customer service. I called and was welcomed to bring back to have the piece corrected. In the end, the item was done to satisfaction. The price was right, too. read more

Terrible customers service. I waited two weeks for an estimate, and their was no reminder call before, during, or after. All they left was a card. Trafic was crazy, and I left work early to get there between the latest time slot the had, which was from 3:00 - 4:00. I would have really appreciated a phone call to let me know they were here, so we didn't miss each other. When I called back the owner was rude and could care less about the situation. I had Menifee Valley / Banning Glass replace 8 windows in October of 2020 are refusing to replace one of them that is defective and has a stress crack down the center of the entire window. The window cracked in June of 2021 and it took 4 phone calls to even get them to come out and look at it. The men that came and took measurements and photos agreed it was a defect and said they would have the owner, Dean get back to me about having it replaced. Unfortunately Menifee / Banning glass has not made any attempt to replace the window and has not returned any of the several messages I have left for them over the last three weeks. They claim on their website to be a mom and pop business that has offered expert service for over 15 years. If this is what they consider expert service, then they should find another line of business. They are eager to get your money but after that you are on your own. I would never recommend using this company to anyone. Very disappointed with their lack of service after we spent a lot of money with them. I'd give 0 stars to this company. read more

First, let me start off with if I could leave 10 stars I would. I'm overwhelmed with happiness with the service I received from this place. First off, I called another glass place In Beaumont and they quoted me 3 times the price that I received here. I called and a lovely lady answered, named Stephanie, friendly and patient and told me a price that was wonderful. I went in there to bring in a piece of glass to ensure the window would be the right width and again, received wonderful customer service from Stephanie and valarie. Went back in and paid a whole 19.00 for my glass and tried to fit it in and IT DIDN'T FIT!! (Measurements were wrong on my end) now, completely stressed out, I returned to meet a gentleman named dean who told me exactly what to do to determine what size I needed for my window. So very kind and patient with a lady who didn't know what she was doing what so ever! He took it back after I figured it out, and guess what!? Had to cut a brand new piece of glass! Did it in about 5 minutes without charging me extra for MY mistake! He didn't have to do that. But he did! All for a 19.00 window. I'm just astonished at the incredible customer service. I seriously can't thank you guys enough for how incredibly nice, patient and professional you ALL were. It's rare to find a place that was that wonderful all the way around! Five stars for you guys! Today my 6 floor to ceiling windows were replaced with dual pane and a high UV factor. Steve and Sam were great and it was all done in 3 hours, my furniture replaced and the windows polished. Before I settled on Banning Glass I tried several places and Dean answered all of my questions ( and I had a lot) and was very patient with me. They were not the cheapest but those places were hard to reach or did not return calls. I will definitely use them again and am planning on a new sliding glass door. Dean and Steve are excellent at estimating, communicating, showing up on time, and completing the job on time and at the best possible price. They will let you know if they can get the same or equivalent materials for a better price. They keep their appointments and are very good about communicating any weather or material related delays. They are careful about their work and make sure any mess is cleaned up before they leave the job site. The windows are installed correctly, they open and close easily, they are sealed properly and they are clean when the leave. No job is too big (i.e. whole house) or too small (i.e. 1 window). The new windows have saved us nearly 1/2 on our utility bills. Wow! These guys are as good as it gets! read more

I had set up a appointment with them with a 5 day wait from 1-4 pm. When that day came. No one shows up to my home. The next day not even a courtesy call. So when i call to ask what happen. I was told they show up and no one answer the door. I told him i was home and its a semi new home door bell works. His new response was then. That they had call and no one answer. I then told them i have caller I.D. what time so i can check. Then got some more excuses. Needed to repair the screen only, and got a quote for $27 since frame was fine. Get down there, owner tells me, "the corners won't let me replace the screen, it's gonna cost $57 for a new frame and screen." After a few days, I pay and bring it home, it's almost 2" too big, doesn't fit. They said to bring it back. I did, they said sorry. Went home again and then came back again and picked up the right size. They could have made it right but no attempt to do so. I had a custom made glass shower door enclosure made with Banning Glass a few years ago. I first called Beaumont Glass and they came out looked at it and said you will have to put several braces (ugly). And to comment on John R.... review who says he saved a ton of $ at Beaumont Glass........the estimate Beaumont Glass... gave me for my glass shower enclosure far exceeded what I paid Banning Glass for a beautiful surround glass enclosure without ugly metal braces. Since then I have replaced a window with them and had all my screens re-wired. I also had shower enclosure made for my other bathroom and one for the shower in the little guest house. Banning glass has installed two sliders, a security door, and some closet doors for me. Both my sliders were not standard doors. Dean came over and took exact measurements, to make sure I had perfect fitting doors. Steve installed the bedroom slider and made sure things worked great and looked finished.
