Someone broke our window early Saturday morning. I requested a quote from 6 other glass repair shops but no one replied. Then I changed my filter to Open Now and was so happy to see Rialto Glass opened! I called them and they gave me a quote of $165 for a single glass window. 46 x 21. So I agreed to have them come on Monday to fix it. They weren't able to come Saturday, but that was ok. Juan, the glass installer, removed the old broken glass and replaced it within 30 minutes. He was so nice! Juan did a wonderful job! I was satisfied with his work and recommend him and the company to anyone else that needs their broken glass replaced in a jiffy! Wow! Great service! I called a few different places, and some did not reply. The businesses that did reply, their prices were outrageous. Luckily for me, I found Rialto Glass. Cynthia was the person I spoke to over the phone, and she made everything very easy. All I needed to do was to take measurements of the broken glass window along with a picture of it. Then send it to her via text. Within five minutes she sent me a price quote. $155 for 21 1/2 by 57 1/2 window. The next day Ruben (technician) came and installed it. Tried to fix the lock on my bathroom door over the weekend and ended up breaking the glass altogether. Went to Home Depot to see if I could replace it, but they didn't have the size of the glass door that I was looking for. The Home Depot guy recommended that I contact Rialto Glass Company. Felt compelled to write a review due to superb costumer service I received from Rialto Glass. My 7 year old grand daughter broke the sliding glass door when the chair she was rocking in ended up going thru the glass door one night, avoiding a near tragedy...since this was old glass...not safety glass. We called this facility 1st thing the next morning. My wife spoke with Carlos. He had a crew out within a couple of hours. Gave me a quote, cleaned and boarded up the broken slider and ultimately ordered a new patio door. After the install, the door looks great. Installation was perfect. Carlos was professional in all aspects. His constant updates, keeping us informed of the process at every step was beyond great customer service. (Just to let you know, we have a glass company within a mile of our house. They were the very opposite of Rialto Glass). We live in North San Bernardino.
