Unfortunately, if you are used to using a car service in a big city (where there is any actual competition), you will be dismayed by the lack of professionalism provided by this company. I was sitting on the airplane with minutes to go before takeoff when I received a vm asking if it was ok that the company was not able to provide a car seat for my toddler. Seeing as car seats are required by law, clearly this could not possibly be ok. Once we landed, I called a number provided on our email reservation to find out how to meet our car. The dispatcher is nearly impossible to understand. I was told that plans had changed and a new driver was going to pick us up and that I should call the new driver. Mind you, this is all happening while we are at baggage claim after a 5 hour flight with 3 young children crawling all over us. Long story short, after standing outside at airport pick-up trying to juggle our many suitcases while making sure that our children did not run into traffic, I was told that yet a different driver was going to pick us up. After calling him, it became clear to me that he was not yet at the airport. We canceled the service and were in an Uber within minutes. Finally, we should have taken it as a sign when we arrived at the airport in a car provided by this company after the first leg of our journey to discover that one of our bags had not made it out of the car. A frantic call to the driver brought him back -- along with our bag. I have never before had an experience where the driver did not remove all of the baggage from his car. Well, lesson learned (finally). Never again.

The upholstery in the bus was ripped and falling off the ceiling and all of the buttons for music and ac had smudges and fingerprints all over them. The buses were clearly never cleaned prior to our event. The only reason I used their buses was because the company I booked with had to outsource two buses with Harris limo. I got four buses and the two that I had issues with ended up being Harris limos. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a limo from Harris Limo for a bachelor party back in October '12. They picked us up in Belmont as requested, we went to NoDa, Epicenter, NC Music Factory area, Tyvola and back to Belmont. India was our driver, she was really great and took us wherever we were interested in going. I kept in contact with her by phone as our party needed transport and she would pull up to the door to pick us up for the next destination. If all their drivers are like India, then you'll be sure to get from point A to point B in leisure and style, all why partying it up in the back seat(s). To process your order, you must fill out the web form, not just a call. I thought the process was a bit excessive, but whatever, they have the best prices. Remember to tip your driver!!
