The…read morespace is just right for our large family to have seating, 4 buffet tables, space for photo backdrops and a table for gifts. Accommodates up to 72 people. The high ceiling and 3 large, glass roll down garage doors make the space feel super big and bright. We have been here in summer when they were opened up and the kids were able to run and play in the real grass field right next to the building. In late fall with the doors closed it is very warm and cozy inside, even with the entrance door open. There is a small kitchen in the corner complete with sink, glass stove top and oven plus counter space. No refrigerator that I noticed though so bring your coolers and ice. There is plenty of parking with large enough spots to easily accommodate a large SUV and open doors comfortably. Inside there are two restrooms, one for men and women, not unisex, but they have a changing table (at least the women's restroom did). The building is adjacent to a small park. It's nice but be sure to not leave any valuables in your car as there can be some shady characters hanging about. After our event was done it helps to have family/ friends pitch in for the quick cleanup. Tables and chairs need to be stacked into their trolleys and the floors quickly swept. They provide the cleaning stuff like the large sweeper, etc. many hands make light work so for our large party clean up only took about 15 minutes. It's a good thing to model respect for the venue space to the littles and have the kids help out with clean up. Make it a game and it's even easier. Overall this is a great venue and we would definitely come back again.

Most recently we had a baby shower "Ahoy it's a boy" themed party. I called about 4 weeks before to reserve the space for about $200 for 5 hours. The representative was professional and easy to work with. On the day of the event, the attendee met me about a hour before and stayed on the property until after the event. I love this venue because outside there is a playground for the kids, there are huge windows that open up as doors to the outside, and they provide tables, chairs and there's a fridge, oven and kitchen space. No microwave! The party was a huge success and everyone had a great time. We will most likely reserve again for future events. I love the location in Auburn it's easy to get to and in the middle of Tacoma and Seattle. You can bring your own music, coolers and decorations. Must have painters tape or blue tape for the walls if you put up decor. No alcohol unless you have a permit. Thanks City of Auburn for having such a beautiful venue available to the public for a great price.

I have a feeling it used to be a house that was gutted into the event space, especially given the strange second floor. I had some trouble finding this place at night. The street to turn on to get to the venue was extremely dark and hard to find, and required me circling the block a bit. On the other hand, parking wasn't bad. There were several parking spots right outside the venue, but also there was easy street parking in the area. They have a nice bar area with seating, a kitchen area for food that you could hold just enough people to grab food, and a large main space that was pretty good for dance party. The ceiling of the main space was basically two floors, which at least for our party meant the lighting was kinda strange. My only real complaint is the bathroom situation. Basically, there are two bathrooms in the entire venue. Not bathroom *areas* or mens/womens, but literally two toilets. For our large group, it was technically sufficient, although we seemed to run out of toilet paper a couple hours in, but it did mean lines. I was not privy to details like the cost or the actual number of attendees, so I don't know how much it was "worth it" in that sense, but we had a good time.

We also were helpful and checked with her for anything to make sure everything was ok. So for her to be rude, pushy and yelling is also unacceptable. The space fit us well. And is a very workable space as long as she wasn't there telling you what to do the whole time. The bartender (co-owner?) I forgot his name was FABULOUS! He was patient, helpful, energy was high and positive, let me know multiple times that we were very nice. And is also in a local band so we appreciate the Seattle love and also love to support them back. We will be sure to reach out to appropriate people for the discrimination.

They had an open bar, which is nicely placed near the entrances to the venue. Bathrooms are nearby, well lit, and clean. The view was breath taking from the 8th floor. You can see the city and when the sun sets you have a gorgeous backdrop. The night view of city lights is just as beautiful! My only bummer was the parking. We found it difficult to find the entrance to the parking and the one entrance we did find, the security guard told us to go around. Not being specific about to where. So we street parked. Our group rented the Panoramic Room, a conference room; the first floor training room and used their catering service. They have conference rooms available. There is a catering kitchen. The staff is great and they have a security guard inside the main entrance. The catering company, FareStart, is a great program and their servers were very professional and efficient. There is a good amount of parking available for $5 per day. The North parking lot has a view too. The building was home to Amazon in its early days, so the tech, mechanical, seismic and security are current. Now it houses many non-profits and the event space rates for non-profits are half the commercial rates. Seattle traffic is fierce, but this spot is relatively easy to get to by surface streets. It can be and is used for weddings with up to about 300 occupancy standing ranging on down for seated arrangements - occupancy is on their website

You can't have any inflatable , ball pits no matter the size ( party baby fit for 1-5 year olds wouldn't work here !!! ) inside or out unless you get an order from king county and that's if they allow it on their property while also getting insurance for it and the alcohol and whatever other license or insurance they need. All these things are reasonable things to be worried about at your space but for you to be a great business and not help your costumers create the event they want is pretty diabolical. You want all this money but really all you can have inside is food drinks and a photo area. For some that's all they need but for $1200+ .... Absolutely NOT. I would find better , cheaper and same quality
