This place is by far the worst pawn shop it San Bernardino. By far, I took in a diamond ring and he took it back and offered me $180 electro second came back and said that he tested the diamond it was fake and he can only give me 60 after just telling me his boss wasn't there so he wasn't even going to pay me for the diamond they're straight we're going to rip me off I went home and tested the diamond and it was absolutely real these people are a complete rip off I've never gotten done right by then do not waste your time going to this place you will just get done wrong completely I've lived in highland my hole life an done business with them a lot it's always bad. I've even sold some old Jewelry and the staff is knowledgeable and honest, they gave me more then I assumed it was worth. First time at this place I called the guy hung up twice on me for address he told me to Google it. Then I drive here I'm ringing the bell no answer after three rings. I call he tell me I'm on the phone he get to me when he can after 10 mins waiting mind you you there is no one here it's 9pm at night I call again he don't answer the phone. Very rude!! I just got my Rolex out of here. It looks like they opened the back because there are marks on the inside of the band and they twisted the jubilee bracelet just a little bit. The big clue that I knew that they opened it was a speck of dust on the clock face that is on the inside. I went inside to talk to the clerk and he had no interest in what I had to say. All he could say is "How do I know that it wasn't like that when you brought it in?" These people will act fairly nice if there are no problems but they will take no responsibility for anything if you bring up an issue. In short these people are slime balls and I regret using them for a short term loan. I told them I was going to leave a bad review and his come back was "Don't spread lies". In short if you leave fine jewelry here, expect it to be taken apart and it may or may not be in the same condition that you dropped it off. read more

Cheapest firearm transfers in town - they known it and pride themselves on it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've done two purchases through them and they processed all of the paperwork quickly and without any issues. Great bunch of guys. Only downside is it's cash only, but you can understand that with the fees being the lowest. Credit card processing isn't free I guess. read more

Excellent FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer) , with very knowledgeable people working there. had a bad experience with an out of state firearm dealer, but the guys working behind the counter, Nathan, and Cameron really helped me through the process. we had to go through so much, so that i was able to take my rifle home, which ended up taking three months total with the issues of the out of state dealer and their mixup on the paperwork, but Nathan and Cameron were patient, and very willing to help during the whole ordeal, when they could have easily said this is too much for us, but they stuck by me during the ordeal, making sure that i could take my rifle home, and that all the paperwork was done exactly how it was needed to be done. Highly recommend them as a firearm dealer! (they have the best rates for transfers! $25 for the DROS paperwork, and $15 for the transfer for a grand total of $40 out the door for a transfer.) They have a decent selection of firearms, both old and new, as well as ammunition, electronics, jewelry, and tools and lots more! Thanks guys for being so helpful throughout everything! read more

they seemed nice and honest....however i suggest you don t ever pawn your valuable gold here. They messed up my receipt date or shall I say tried to fraudulently change the receipt number and date to a month earlier then the actual copy they gave me. Luckily I kept my original receipt. They sent out a letter a month earlier then my payment due date and tried to say I had forfeited my property due to lack of payment. All which is bullshit. Took weeks after a filed lawsuit to return my property. Will never do business with them ever again. When your in a rut and need money, think twice before you look into this place. Got big time run around on FFL transaction. Told the day I did the DROS to come back in 10 days after 4:30 pm. 10 days later told they don't do firearms transactions after 4:30 pm by a different person. What? This is a serious issue with customer service. I'll never do business with them ever again! read more
