I gave the information to "Junior" he took my keys and said he would check out my car. I left the car, the very next morning I received a call from Junior, he explained what was needed and how long it would take, and the price. Wow..what a relief to know I wouldn't have to sell my kidneys (lol). I had the A/C repaired by a shop in Yucaipa less than a year ago, the manager of that shop was very unpleasant and said he would get to my car when he had time. His repair the previous year was TRIPLE what Bob and AL charged! I will go to their shop for all my repairs from now on

This is sad that young guy needs to learn a lesson when the customers their first and that Customer is first, not put you in the back burner just cause you know him probably won't be back.

When it comes to mechanical issues you want to get to the bottom of it and FIX the problem, not just mask it. My vehicle wasn't fixed and they gave me a lot of "it could be this or that" but they failed to get to the bottom; didn't even offer after I paid. Maybe they should just stick to Tires like their name says.
