I left the car, the very next morning I received a call from Junior, he explained what was needed and how long it would take, and the price. Wow..what a relief to know I wouldn't have to sell my kidneys (lol). I had the A/C repaired by a shop in Yucaipa less than a year ago, the manager of that shop was very unpleasant and said he would get to my car when he had time. They offered used tires and new tires and I chose the new tire option. I arrived during a lunch break and had the new tires installed rather quickly. However on my way back (maybe a couple of miles) my TPMS light went on. So I decided to return and let them know because I thought that perhaps they had took the sensors off by mistake. As I drove up, the techs informed me that no, they were there and it might take some time to communicate with the car's computer. I turned around and went to work and as I locked my car, I noticed that the passenger front tire was completely flat. Not a little. Flat. Ok. So things happen. Not the end of the world. I called the tire shop hoping someone could come and either tow my car back or take off the tire and fix it and return it on their dime as I couldn't imagine this being something I would have to remedy. Well, I called and spoke to the manager and while he said sorry, he said that there was no way to tow or come out. That they didn't have that capability. By this time, I realized I was on my own. I had my car towed to the shop. The tech apologized to me which was nice and assured me that he was going to check everything. Great. I told him to have his manager call me so that perhaps he can offer a credit or discount to the new flat tire I bought. Mike, the manager never called back. This is where the rating comes from. Own up to your shop's errors and maybe offer a tire rotation or $10 off purchase. But ignoring me isn't a professional response.

We were two hours from home and were ready to expect needing a hotel for the relay to be made the next morning. When we pulled up, it was obvious they were getting ready to close, but a tech ran out immediately without hesitation. The manager, hearing our story, told us not to worry and that he'd have us back in the road in 30 minutes. READ REVIEWS HERE AND ON BBB ( better business bureau) I called big brand tires for a quote on new tires. I got a great quote, set up an appointment to have them put on at this location. Checked in waited and left. Got home hubby was washing my car and he was going to wash his car next that I just brought back from getting new tires. He asked me how everything went I said great. He said go write your great review. I said I was tired will do it the next day. Couple hours go by he calls me outside to show me what the mechanic did to our rims. RIMS !!!! I was sad and disappointed cuz I had such a great interaction with everyone from start to finish. ( never spoke to the mechanic) I called big brand tire main office to file a complaint. They asked for pics and asked what did I want, I left it to them to use their customer service skills to fix this issue. In the meantime I went to 3 rim shops in the area to get an estimate. They quoted me 75-100 each tire. So now I waited for the call back. The following week got an offer of 30 bucks per tire. I was told they didn't find that the mechanic did it maliciously. I never thought he did. But he was totally incompetent and negligent. Every single rim was damaged on the outside and 3 rim had deep gouging marks where he took off weights to put new ones. Crazy. I responded 50 bucks per tire and we'll call it a day. I met them in the middle knowing my damage quotes, and I wasn't trying to be greedy or come up, I wanted it to be fair for them damaging my property. 2 days went by I got a quote saying 40 bucks and that's their final offer. They just couldn't give that extra 10 bucks per tire for their mistake. This is a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY BILLIONS. I was sick to my stomach on how lil they think of customers that make their company money. I wanted to be done with this sad, disappointing ordeal. I agreed and it's done. This review is to warn other before they take their vehicle. Take pics before and after. And if you're not getting the proper help you need going thru corporate then get ahold of the BBB. The 2 stars I gave are for the guys that gave me my quotes and for the guys at this location in the office. The lost stars are for the mechanic and corporate. Do better.
