Disappointed by how this business treats people. Just saw a young man get ripped off! Also disappointed how Colton Police handled everything. A mechanic at this shop got physical and tried to enter a customers car without his permission saying he will F UP his car if he didn't pay him for alignment the mechanic didn't do! I saw everything go down and it looks like Colton Police sided with the crooked mechanic. DONT EVER COME HERE! Don't ever come to this place Alex Ortiz is a horrible mechanic. Came for a wheel alignment and left with my car still with bad alignment. Me and Alex got into an argument because he states he did my alignment but my car still has bad alignment. He then aggressively tried getting into my car to "put it back how it was" when I told him I didn't want to pay for an outrageous quote of $130 for alignment. I repeatedly asked him not to get into my car so I called police and he stopped trying to get into my car. Once police came he tried to act like a victim stating I just didn't want to pay for service. AGAIN DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING SHADY MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS! read more

I came in with no appointment and asked if they had time to do an oil change, as they looked very busy. The man said," No problem, let me finish with this client and I'll do it next!" We usually came here to get our tires until this weekend. The shady dishonest behaviour shown was just shameful, made to wait 45 minutes for tires at price agreed upon only to be changed to a higher price! Just a shame, this place will lose a lot of Business due to the actions of the Manager/owner. Just shameful! read more

Horrible service. Last time I ever go there. Charged 50 dollars for something they broke for using to much torque on a lugnut. Shouldn't have expected much from a mom and pop shop. Also they need real professional mechanics who know what to do and how much torque to put back on lug nut. read more

These guys are great! Just came in couple of times to swap and mount some used tires. He was right on it and got it done in about five minutes both times, charged me about $5. Can't beat that.
