He walked away never came back then I waited 15 minutes for my turn and when I pulled up they said they didn't have my size I wasted my time for nothing and then asked if I could come back Monday If they had new tires I would've bought them but I'll never know since they didn't really give me options or communicated with me. I wish I could put no stars, where do I begin?? From the sorry a$$ son to the weak wack dad?? This business should have been shut down years ago from all the prior reviews alone, the service sucks, tires are bad with a quick to blow out, sorry owners will make to attempt to try and take the blame for anything. Rented a uhaul and the jackass closed the shop early and when I called to get my car out the gates at 2:45 he says "oh I don't feel like coming back, I'm tired" wtf! Are you on crack? The message from uhaul says return by 5:45 dummy you can't close early. Plus my car is in there. Long story short police had to get involved. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THESE CRASH DUMMIES!!! Their service is terrible!!! .. they are freaked slow on what they do. They take their sweet time smoking and not taking care of their customers. They have you waiting for at least an hour to an hour an a half to notice you. And for them to tell you we don't have the size of tire. You ask for a price on the tire and they take their sweet time . I feel they don't value the customers. The son of the owner gives you the face that he doesn't care for customers. I hated it there. I've taken my car three times in the last 30 days for a slow leak on my rear passenger tire. Every time the tire tech Martin has been "repairing" the same tire on Saturday because I work in Hemet M-F. Every time, I've made it very clear and explicit I am not going to pay for a job not well done! Every time and today Sat., Nov. 16, 2019, he's managed to "pull" out a screw from the same tire. However, this time I confiscated the screw, re-inspected my tires and they are not bald but have plenty of tread. Yes, he again charged me $10 repair, I did not receive a receipt and who wants to make a bet I'll be there again in 10 days? I know who the owner is and I know who his son is too. Mike is the owner he is very knowledgeable, personable, & attentiveness. every time I've needed tires he is the one that I go to because the tires are in better quality also if they're used they have actually lasted longer. Also I come to his shop for any repairs that I need on my vehicle this last time I've needed a brand new catalytic converter also exhaust his mechanic "Monkey" was able to do this quickly efficiently and it now runs better than it ever has. read more

This is review is regarding the customer service. I went there to rent a uhual truck. I called U-hual they informed me that this was closest location. The customer service was HORRIBLE. The guy Michael C. was complaining about his marriage and spouse which wasn't professional. In addition, after returning the truck he was refusing to give me a receipt. I wonder what type of establishment doesn't want to give a receipt for services rendered. I shouldn't have to argue for requesting a receipt. Michael had a very unpleasant, unprofessional, and uninviting attitude. It appeared that he didn't want to be at work or maybe he is in the wrong business. I went here with the tire already removed-a slam dunk. They told me $10, which was fine considering it was urgent, and I rolled the tire in just ahead of a lady who did the same. I had to go run a 20 minute errand so I ran it by them. Upon leaving someone else arrived. When I returned, neither my tire nor the lady's had been touched, but this wannabe cholo (who pulled in when I left) got his pulled in. The 2 guys there were of little value-one was very slowly doing a tire while the older guys was busy on some drama-related phone call. Finally, I just threw my tire back in the trunk and left without saying a word. They didn't even acknowledge me either! I will not be trying these goofs out again. I'm heading to America's Tire Co. today, where they will repair it for free. read more

They do a great job at fixing tires no argument there my problem is they are not in agreement with price the kid told me ten and the older guy says 7 so I pay seven this was a month ago then today the kid charges me ten I say 7 no he says the price was raised ....well you lost a customer for 3 dollars. read more

Worst tire place ever. Mike the manager is also lacking customer service skills. My rim was supposed to be ready yesterday, go there and try say tomorrow well tomorrow and Julio showed up with the wrong rim and now we have wait a couple more hours which I have work and can't keep waiting until the next day or a couple more hours to finish because what if Julio picks up the wrong rim again ? So of course I'm a little confused and a tad frustrated so I talk to Mike the manager.. what a joke.. he tells me he already explained to my man what happened twice and I'm likeee uhhh I don't care who you explained it to cuz I'm asking and it's my car which he continued to talk to me as if I was incompetent and said he never told me how many days it would take for my wheel what he said was it would take a couple days. What kind of professional place doesn't give an estimated day of finishing ? Even so, if I was told a couple days.. well it's been a couple days and y'all still don't have my wheel ready. So couple days is BS just like Mike and this shop.. one thing I can't tolerate is when people are rude I don't care if I'm angry or sweet.. I'm a customer and I'm unsatisfied and should be dealt with properly otherwise don't work at a business where you have to encounter people. Mike Chavez is a great guy and runs an amazing tire shop. He always seems to have better deals and provides life time rotation on the tires. I have brought 3 different sets of tires from him and I am always satisfied with his products. When I am buying a tire he always gives me his honest opinion on what tire to buy. I was going for a cheaper tire and he told me that the tire would not fit my needs and I should look at something else. He is very honest and a great guy full of information. I have told everyone to go and buy tires from him. Everyone has reported back with great experiences. The area the shop is at might not be the best, however do not le that deture you form going. Call at least for a quote and Mike will be more than happy to give you one. read more

This place pretty much saved my day. Considering two flat tires in 2 weeks, the first week I called Toyota care I have roadside assistance and the second day I had a minor accident before and again a flat tire. I drove on the rubber for a good 2 miles and found that place. The guys were extremely nice and very supportive. Found me a good to go tire $25 and I was able to drive back to LA. I left a tip for their amazing behavior. In case of more flat tires (definitely hope not) I know exactly where to go. read more
