No fake energy, no pressure, just someone who actually cares about the people coming in. That same vibe carries through the whole team. Pat, Matt, and Doug are all solid. Knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and they treat you like family from the start. This isn't just a quick stop kind of place. It's somewhere you actually want to hang out. The environment is relaxed, welcoming, and consistent every time you walk in. They stay ahead on products too. New drops come in fast, not weeks late like most shops, and they've got some genuinely rare glass that collectors would appreciate. It's not the same recycled inventory you see everywhere else. Everything is reasonably priced, which matters, especially with the kind of quality they carry. And the shop is always super clean. Not just "looks good at a glance" clean, but actually maintained and organized, which says a lot about how they run things. Their kava canned drinks are also legit. Drip did their part with prompt shipping, but there was a bit of a mix-up with USPS marking this as delivered when there was no sign of the parcel anywhere. I reached out to customers service, which turned out to be friendly, helpful and professional. They were there if I needed them. I did breathe some fire down the neck of USPS and the package mysteriously showed up the next day, so I guess all is well that ends well even if explanations are usually not in the cards. Either way I am very glad to have found another online source that carries these gorgeous dabbers at a fair price, with reliable service. I was driving down the 10 freeway to big bear & realized we forgot a few things on the way up. needed to get to the nearest smoke shop! Went on Maps & found Drip smoke & Vape. Literally 1 exit off the 10. it was convenient for us. First thing that we noticed was how nice the complex was. The real estate is beautiful & the building is brand new. Excellent shop! I've been stopping here each time I go to Arizona because they're right off of the freeway. They have my favorite Rocky Patel aged 12 year cigars & some of the best CBD I've ever had.
