She is supportive and makes me feel like I have epiphanies during and after every session. The business has therapists who specialize in any type of care and accept ages that range from children to seniors. Definitely call them, so you can find a therapist who specializes in what you're looking for. The location is in a good area and has a private parking lot with plenty of parking. The offices are decorated with artwork and quotes to adopt in your daily life like, "Thoughts are not facts." The furniture is comfortable and there are blankets, pillows, fidget toys and more in the offices for your use. The waiting room is small but comfortable, calming, and relaxing. At the time of this review, the Milcreek location is fairly new, so they are still working on remodeling some aspects of the place, but that is not an issue at all because it is such a high quality business.

Even when I am trying not to register anything, he can see it in my eyes or in how I am breathing. His past experience working in an emergency room, with sex offenders, and in private practice for a number of years, along with his degrees in psychology, human development, and social work, give him wisdom and perspective that is unmatched. I trust Fred. He has worked with several members of my family. He tries to keep some humor in his practice so things aren't so heavy, because when people are depressed and anxious, a little lightheartedness can be a great thing. I have been seeing Fred for PTSD, bulimia, anxiety, codependency, and more, as well as seeing him with my husband for a while for marriage therapy. I can't recommend him highly enough. I had a friend who was looking for some help for his young adult son who had crippling mental health issues, and I told him I had the best therapist ever. He decided to look into it. My friend came back to me a couple months later and said that finding Fred had changed their family's life. He was beyond grateful for the recommendation. Fred can take on the hard cases, and he is a talented professional who has a unique way about him. He doesn't coddle us because that's not what we need. He is knowledgeable and intuitive. He may not be the right therapist for everyone, but I have been to a lot of therapists and he's definitely head and shoulders above the rest in my book.
