A good friend and trusted mechanic Dan Johnson recommended calling here. I rang them up looking for some used tires (you know cause I don't have that new tire money right about now) they had two sets of nearly new tires. Super great price 1/3-1/4 cost of new ones and quotes at out the door price. No nonsense or hidden fees. Having the wifi password would of been nice but I wasn't complaining. Luckily I had service so I could watch some streaming while waiting. The tv was hooked up to a roku but was just on the screensaver so that wasn't too much action going on there. While I was there I even got pricing for new tires for my mom and that too was quoted out the door pricing which I really respect the upfront no bs no nonsense pricing. I would most certainly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Receptionist lied about phone being broken, she was busted on the spot when I called while there and it rang. She was too busy watching tv with volume up. She is also owners wife. Was left waiting for over 45 minutes after my appointment. Not because they were busy. But because owner left to go pick up his kids. In fact no other customers in sight. When I messaged him, he called me a d#!k and told me he didn't need me or my business. He has a history of this which the Google reviews show. Please look at screen shots I took. He also made Facebook ads, calling himself Rich tires. These people are crooks.

After jumping through a lot of hoops trying to figure out the warranty process, I finally got a claim approved and went to a different authorized dealer to have it handled. That place refused to provide any documentation that the tires were safe, even though they insisted the bubbling was "normal" from factory banding, and in the same breath told me my claim was approved. The whole experience turned into hours of sleazy sales tactics and a quote that was higher than simply buying the exact same tires elsewhere. I already knew the pricing because I had been looking around. By the time I reached Fuzzy Simon Tire Service, I was frustrated and unsure who to trust. Fuzzy's was a completely different experience from the moment I spoke with them. They didn't rush me, dismiss me, or talk in circles. They actually listened, to the full story, the warranty details, and my concerns about safety. They inspected the tires themselves and immediately confirmed what no one else would say out loud, even though the defect had already been identified at the dealership: the bubbling on all four tires was not normal, not safe, and absolutely not something I should be driving on. What stood out most was their honesty. They didn't try to upsell me, scare me, or push me into anything. They simply told the truth, explained the defect clearly, and treated me with respect. They also went above and beyond on the warranty side. Instead of making excuses or putting the burden back on me, they contacted Goodyear directly, verified the claim, and handled all the legwork. No hassle, no pressure, no back‑and‑forth, just real help. They didn't have the tires in stock, but they found a store that did, ordered them immediately, and kept the process moving without delay. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care were on a completely different level. After the runaround I had been through, it meant so much to finally be taken seriously and to have someone prioritize my safety over a sale. Fuzzy's is absolutely a place you can trust. They do things the right way, they treat people with integrity, and they go above and beyond when it matters. I'm incredibly grateful for how they handled everything, and I won't take my car anywhere else.

After taking my car to the Auto Repair Doctors, my car was sprayed with nail polish and or some type of paint remover outside on the lot, after I was promised it would be stored inside. When I arrived, Jason, the owner mentioned someone had "sabotaged" his lot causing paint damage to the hood, front, side doors and rood of vehicle. Ironically, the business's cameras were facing in the opposite direction not towards any of the valuables/cars on the lot. After 2 months of waiting for the vehicle to be repaired, I finally had to take the vehicle back from he and his coworker wife, where I was not reimbursed a penny. THIS ENTIRE OPERATION IS A SCAM. Auto Repair Doctors tries to encourage needless repairs, used parts, shotty work and maintenance repair schemes all by which I have experienced first hand. Please take this as forewarning to never take your vehicle to the Auto Repair Doctors.

Beware...DO NOT use the services of Auto Repair Doctors in New Kensington! Awful experience!…read more My wife was in two separate car accidents with her 2016 Toyota Highlander, one in January 2018 and one in January 2017. Our insurance companies estimated the damages for both around $11,000.00. We went to Auto Repair Doctors, as my wife had trusted him with servicing her cars over the years. We provided the owner, Jason Malaspina, with the insurance check and he cashed it in March 2018. It was not until July 2018 (four months) until he finally took our car for repair and that was after numerous calls from my wife. Within a few days of receiving the car back, the front bumper started coming off again, so we sent it back to Jason. When my wife went to pick the car up this time, it was obvious that it still was not fixed because the bumper was not attached correctly. We decided to take the car to receive a second opinion and the manager asked us to provide a copy of the original estimate. After his initial "naked eye" review, he requested to keep the car for another couple of days so that he could take the front end apart to see if there was any underlying damage that could not be seen otherwise. Upon doing so, he could immediately tell that the car had been in another accident, so he pulled a CarFax and requested a copy of that estimate as well. After his detailed inspection, my wife and I met with him for a couple of hours, going line-by-line on each estimate. He showed us what was supposed to be done that was not and also hat was done that should not have been done. This includes but is not limited to... * Using after market parts instead of original factory parts as the insurance estimate clearly stated to use * Cutting parts to try and make them fit like puzzle pieces * Severe rusting on parts underneath the hood because they were not prepped properly * Painting of the car without taking off other parts first (side mirrors, door handles, etc.) Between both accidents we were advised that there was an estimated value of $2,000 in after market parts that were purchased. The insurance checks that were cashed were significantly higher to purchase the original factory parts as the estimate clearly instructed. To fix the car correctly would have taken about two weeks. We could not go through insurance again since they already paid once, so it would have cost us almost $15,000 out-of-pocket when you include the actual fixing of the car back to its correct condition as well as the costs of the rental car. After threatening to take Jason to court, he did offer to fix the car correctly and pay for our rental car at no cost to us. After consulting with an attorney on the matter, we wanted to give Jason the benefit of the doubt to try and make this right. Jason fixed the car to the best of our knowledge, although we will truly never know what is going on underneath the hood of the car until it is either too late or unless we pay to have it taken apart again. However, we have been trying to square away payment for the rental car since October. He has on multiple occasions advised that he paid the rental...when he in fact did not. Two of his checks to the rental car company have bounced. He ended up refusing to pay for our rental car while it was at the other shop ($467), and has also yet to pay the $847 for the rental during the time the vehicle was in his possession. In fact, we actually had to pay over $1,300 to the rental car company so they would not send us to collections. What Jason fails to realize is that we put our trust in him. If the car was fixed properly the first time, then we would have never even been in this position. If it was not for an expert second opinion, then we would have never even known the extent of the issues. My wife had trusted Jason with her vehicles for years, and to be treated this way is beyond disappointing and frustrating. My wife and I are not perfect, however we did the right things after both accidents. We reported them to our insurance companies and provided Jason with the estimate checks along with our car. We were absolutely taken advantage of and want to let others know of the risk associated with utilizing this company's services. Does this sound like something you want to experience? If not, DO NOT use the services of Auto Repair Doctors!
