The East side apartments are really nice esthetically, and they have a good number of community events throughout the year. The gym is also nice. There were a good number of tire thefts when I lived there. There is a gate, but it was broken the whole time I lived there, so it's completely open. Also, for as expensive as the apartments are, you wouldn't expect to have to deal with marijuana/weed smoking, people not cleaning up after their pets, people not obeying leash laws, people speeding and blasting music out of their cars, etc. It's not the type of professional residents that you would expect, given the price. And the biggest negative is the NOISE. If you live under or next to someone who blasts loud music at nights, your life will be miserable because the walls and floors are so thin. Again, this is not the professional/family oriented group of residents that you would expect, given the prices of the apartment. And you won't get any help from management. Their standard reply to noise complaints is, "we'll reach out to the residents" and the noise continues because they know that there are no consequences and management won't enforce the rules. These would be really nice apartments if the apartment management enforced the rules to deter a lot of the bad behavior I witnessed during my time here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I mean it. I've lived here 5 YEARS and…read morewatched this place go downhill in every way that matters. The walls might as well not exist, you will hear EVERYTHING. Coughing. Footsteps. 2am random turn up sessions from whoever's neighbor decided sleep is optional. And don't get me started on some of the people living here, genuinely rude, inconsiderate neighbors who make it worse. And the rent? Jacked up almost $400 since I moved in. For what? NOTHING has changed. No upgrades, no new amenities, nothing. You're paying nearly $400 more for the exact same crumbling experience. Security is a joke...there is none. No key fobs, no gate that actually works, ANYONE can walk right into the building. I've been jolted awake MULTIPLE times by strangers pounding on my door looking for a neighbor who doesn't even live in my unit. And here's the real kicker: my car was stolen from right in front of the leasing office. In front of it. And in case you think "well at least there's a police station up the street", they didn't help. Didn't investigate. Didn't even show up to write a report. Just phoned it in and moved on like it never happened. The only thing I'll admit: maintenance is fast. That's it. That's the compliment. But fast doesn't mean good, half the time they don't fix it right the first time, and sometimes they leave the place messier than before they showed up. Pest control? Sure, if you're fine sharing your patio with wasps. Amenities? A playground and a dog poop bag dispenser. That's the whole list. This is NOT the place I moved into 5 years ago. It has gone downhill fast, and it is absolutely not worth what they're charging now. Save yourself the headache, look literally anywhere else.

The neighbors are cool and respectful of noise and property (other than the ones who don't scoop their dog poop ). The maintenance staff is a 10/10 in speed, efficiency & professionalism. We've never had to wait more than 48 hours for things to be fixed. Sometimes they respond within hours of the request. The front office team has been able to solve my problems, no matter who I got. The lawns are trimmed weekly & the snow is always shoveled. I never had issues with roaches nor rodents the entire 2 years. Twice we noticed ants but maintenance fixed that immediately. No stolen packages. Only saw police once. I love the gym & yoga room & am really happy that someone fixed the treadmills recently and added wipes. It's a nice neighborhood if you jog because it sits on a hill. It's a short ride to BWI and has lots of food & shops within walking distance if you can walk 1 to 3 miles. There's sufficient parking for a cheap monthly fee. Overall a 5/5 property, staff & location. I'm pretty sad to be leaving if I'm honest. I'm only leaving because of the distance it is from my job.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. This company is a complete scam!…read more I booked my move two weeks again for a move tomorrow. My friend and I live in the same complex and moving to another unit across the parking lot. So, we need her place and my place moved into one space. We have packed everyone up and though we were ready to go. They called me to confirm my move today and spoke with Chris. We went over the items and then the price. He even threw in a free kitchen packing kit and said the guys would help. Cool. He also gave me discount and I was happy. Kion calls me an hour later asking me to confirm the move. What? I spoke to Chris. We go over things and he tells me we are good to go. I am emailed a confirmation and then see a different price. I call back and speak to him again and he says, oh, that is an estimate but we would be done before that price. Then, I get a call from Mike. He wants to confirm my move and inventory. What the heck? He says his notes are confusing so he wants to check. We go over things, AGAIN. He then tells me that it sounds like more work so, he is going to send 5 guys instead of the original 2 guys and a truck because it's gonna be a big job and that it would take 9-12 hours and double the price that I was told. Umm, what? For a 2 bedroom apartment?? He tells me I can speak to his general manager, Kion. I literally confirmed with him before! I literally start crying because I am already stressed from preparing to move in a timely manner before the 31st. Kion and I speak again and he won't even let me get a word in and trying to say that the numbers Mike estimated are correct and that there is no way it wouldn't be a full day job. I cancelled, he says he will return my deposit and then transfers me to customer care where the guys asks me what can he help me with? You tell me, sir. He hears me out and says he need to speak with Kion to get his perspective and will call back. No one has called. Lesson learned to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

All My Sons Moving - Virginia North…read more This moving company needs to be investigated for fraud or deceptive business practices. I booked my move a week in advance and paid a $100 deposit after being told it would guarantee my moving date and secure my spot. Then, only 3 days before my scheduled move, the manager -- I believe his name was David -- called to tell me they were fully booked for the entire week and that my move would either need to be rescheduled or canceled altogether. I made it very clear from the beginning that my apartment lease ends on the 31st and that I needed to move before then. Had this company been honest about the fact that paying a deposit did not actually guarantee service, I would have hired another moving company much earlier. Now I'm left scrambling at the last minute, despite having everything planned out. I also have to report to work in another state on the 1st, so this has created a major inconvenience and unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, speaking with them on the phone was a complete disaster. The communication was unprofessional, disorganized, and unacceptable. They agreed to refund the $100 deposit, but that does not make up for the inconvenience, stress, and potential consequences this situation may cause me. If I receive penalties from my landlord for a late move-out or face any employment-related consequences because of this company's failure to honor their commitment, I will absolutely be exploring all possible legal and consumer protection options.
