The Power 1 class started on time and went for the full hour. I would only recommend this class if you know a basic Vinyasa flow ... just because of the speed. I recommend to bring your own mat and towel and water. Blocks are provided. Great class, smooth sign in process, and a really good workout. PARKING If you are coming onto Cain Hills Place from East Andrews, look for the business center on the left and then the alley way to the right of the store front (narrow steep drive). I am not a regular yoga person. I have only been to one actual class before in my life. Prior to…read morethat it's mostly videos and the such. So, I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure how much of a fool I was going to make of myself-- but I really wanted to switch up my workout routine. I went to Gina's Anusara class for beginners. The space is small, and a little weirdly organized. They only accept cash or check, so good thing I had a checkbook. You deposit your money in this bowl, and if you need change, you make it based on the cash in there (honor system). I really liked the vibe of the place. Very relaxing and very soothing. Gina was very nonjudgmental and helped me at my sad attempt at a half hand stand (why do yoga people LOVE these??) but she was SO patient with my sometimes dense behavior. The poses were very suitable for a beginner, and even before the day was out I was feeling sore in my arms (awesome!). I really liked this class, and given that there were like 5 students total, it was great to get some individual attention.
