The products are usually pretty good (though the last flower i bought was moldy.. i still have it and need to try for a refund or something) but what really bugs me and gets this 1 star review are the FLOCK CAMERAS in their private parking lot. There is absolutely no reason for them to be at a DISPENSARY. This sickens me that you would accept private money from a company which spies on your customers then sells that data to the highest bidder. Thanks to Yelp, I found the nicest local dispensary in one of the most relaxing places less than 20 minutes from home. Nestled on the Darcie Kent vineyards, Highlands is a nice unassuming building in the middle of wine tasting rooms and vineyards. How cool is that. Getting to Highlands is very easy, and parking is on the property. I knew what I wanted walking in and according to their site, it was in stock. You can order online as well and pick up there. Lots of options. The room isn't all that big, but it's got a nice layout and even a few seats to hang out and talk while your friends are in line. Very comfortable environment. The line wasn't too long. Maybe 2-3 minutes as they had 3-4 "budtenders" there. Really not sure that's what they should be called now as they're not handling flower directly as in the old days. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everyone working there was pleasant, everyone saying hello, and very patient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Purchasing was a breeze and you get to join their loyalty program too very quickly. It's so fast that you can do it while in line[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. And the cell service there is decent too. I won't make comments on prices. Everything in California from a licensed dispensary is expensive due to the state and local taxes, along with the excise tax. I really want to give this place four stars, but they don't deserve it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's very much hit or miss when you come here with the level of customer service. Some people are great and some people are the opposite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] in order to place a delivery order you have to have one of the major banks. If you have a credit union or a smaller bank or boutique bank or anything other than the major banks, they don't have a capable system of taking your order. It's pretty ridiculous actually. They also do this thing where you have to pretend like you're using an atm and they won't take debit card or credit card. The store is well-run, organized, safe, and the budtenders are always friendly and helpful. Nothing really special as a first time customer during my experience. The budtender sold me a product that had its THC percentage marked up, covering the actual percentage, which felt misleading. Delivery drivers are great. Staff are great. But seriously who is running this shit show? The website always has issues. I ordered a delivery last night to be delivered at 9 AM it's now past noon. I called and was told no driver would be in until 11... so why did I have the option for 9 AM? I'd like to not base my entire day off of a delivery. That's a little ridiculous. I had one really great experience so I decided to come back here. In the past week I've ordered here twice and they haven't had the product I've ordered both times.... I feel like the inventory could be updated online to avoid that issue. Both times the employee said she noticed it was out of stock but didn't have a chance to call me yet. I arrived in my pickup window, so if you knew it wasn't in stock, it's a big inconvenience to have a customer drive to you and not have their order. They have a small menu as they are a boutique dispensary so it can be hard to find different products in the same price range or strain as what you had ordered.
