I noticed that this place will provide excellent service and make sure that you're happy. When I met with Sam, the battery costed $30. I realized he had only charged my credit card for $3. One star only for customer service. Three stars for cool products. There were exactly three customers, a couple and i at 4pm. I walked in to a well lit business, and continued to browse the shop a good 10mins. (I had to kill time waiting on food.). There was only one visible worker, a tall middle eastern(?) guy working the floor. We made eye contact, but never said a word the whole ten min I was there; no hi, welcome, can I help you, or goodbye please come again. Was it the way I was dressed that portrayed a hoodlum? (Basketball attire with a fitted raiders cap). O maybe even.. *gasp* ... my ethnicity??! I probably won't be coming back for anything. read more

Good looking shop, tons of great skate stuff and "novelties" I came here to get a new bong because mine broke :( and although they seemed to know what they were talking about, the person I dealt with had NO idea how to explain the differences between something cheap and something big dollar. I got very frustrated with the guy, his social skills were very lacking, and probably the worse customer service I ever had, borderline rude and standoffish I ended up going to another smoke-shop in San Leandro (I won't name it because I'm not in to free advertising) but it was small and down by the Marina. The guy working there was super friendly, and knowledgeable, I ended up spending my money there, and even got a free case for my new bong!! When my friend and I went in here there was nothing but great energy and amazing service. The owner was kind enough to give us a tour of the store and every item in it. Seeing as how it was opened 7 days prior to our visit not all thr inventory was out but I was shocked at all the goodies the store had! Anything you want they have. Upon entering we were greeted awesomely. We were educated on certain items that I had questions about and his honesty about his products was honorable. I appreciated the service provided. I feel like I walked out with a new perception on certain things, and most shops would just sell you things to make money. He did no such thing, his opinons changed my outlook on items and and I walked out of there with a big bag of cool stuff that was needed, wanted, and the price was worth the quality of the products. I've shopped in a lot of stores like this but I've never seen such insane prices. Those one-hit pipes that look like cigarettes are SEVEN DOLLARS a piece. We came in for a simple glass pipe that you normally pay around five dollars for. Theirs start at $20. There's a $9,000 bong in one case. This is a great shop for a smoker who likes to blow money on gear and look at pretty stuff, but we settled on a $2 pack of Zigzags. read more
