I rarely leave negative reviews for dispensaries as I understand the hectic job it is, but I felt this experience deserved one. For context, I managed a dispensary in Modesto for three years (that had 3 locations at the time) and oversaw multiple divisions, so I'm familiar with dispensary operations and customer service expectations. I've continued to support Flavors over the years simply because I respect the owner and the way he chooses to run his business. I almost always place mobile orders because I prefer to minimize my time in the store. Unfortunately, the online menu is frequently inaccurate or not updated, so I often have to leave notes requesting the product I actually want. Today, I placed a mobile order and arrived approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes later. My order still had not been picked. Since an employee was going to the product area to retrieve my item anyway, I politely asked if I could purchase a second one. Manager Grace repeatedly told me no because it "wouldn't be fair to the people behind me." I respectfully disagree with that reasoning. My order had been placed over an hour earlier and should have already been prepared according to the site. Had the online menu been accurate, I would have ordered two from the beginning. Instead, because the menu wasn't updated and my order wasn't ready, I was told I couldn't make a simple adjustment while an employee was already retrieving the item. What made the interaction especially frustrating was that the explanation felt unnecessarily rigid and controlling rather than customer-focused, as it should have been. I genuinely can't understand how asking for a second identical item, while an employee will already need to walk to the exact same location to retrieve one, would have any impact on the customers behind me. It wasn't adding another stop or creating extra work; it was simply allowing a customer to purchase an additional item that was already needing to be retrieved. In fact, allowing me to purchase a second item would have meant the store made a larger sale while requiring virtually no additional effort. I'm not asking for special treatment, which Grace said I was. I'm questioning why a customer who placed a mobile order well in advance, and whose order wasn't ready as promised, isn't allowed to add another identical item while the employee is already at the same product location. Saying it "isn't fair to the people behind me" doesn't make any sense in this situation, especially when the delay originated with the store, not me, the customer. I've always enjoyed supporting Flavors, which is why this interaction was particularly disappointing. Better communication and understanding from management, a more accurate online menu, and a willingness to provide just reasonable customer service would have made this a completely different experience. Buyers Beware: They have a huge selection of inventory and fairly reasonable prices, but unfortunatey they sell spoiled, clumpy drink syrups and leaky/faulty carts. If you try to return them the managers repeat the same lines they've clearly been preprogrammed to use like "Once you open something you can't return it for any reason" and "We don't know how it was handled after it left the store". I've had the same bad experience with managers Grace and Gabriella. How exactly am I supposed to know if something is bad until I open it without x-ray vision? And then all they do is blame you for their faulty products instead of taking accountability. If you shop here be prepared to frequently throw out bad product you couldn't even use and spent good money on. read more

The security team is fantastic with operations and helping me get signed in for my daily needs. I also appreciate the internal bartenders. They are very intelligent on each product. I feel like everyone here values a job in their career and whether it's attending or protecting the property. read more

Just left X1 because they didn't accept my California medical card and were saying that all dispensaries in California are not accepting them. Why are you guys lying ?? Got info that they have been doing this to multiple customers and are lying about not accepting medical cards anymore I just want to know why they don't want people coming in with that card it just doesn't make sense atl least when I ask why I can't be let in tell me the truth and your other loyal customers ! read more

The bud tenders do talk a bit sometimes to the customers but nobody complains when they get talked to? They're all the nicest most helpful people and they have a great selection at a good price, as a regular I cannot recommend this place more. read more

Deceptive business practices here at x1 Tracy. Went to x1 after placing an online order, bud tender Mariah K. Did not read back any of our items. Daisy the manager was extremely rude and unfriendly both days we tried to come and resolve the issue. As a store that depends solely on their customers coming back, in order to get good rapport and good business you have to be honest, professional, and willing to find resolution and communicate kindly. I placed an order for a dab, pre roll, and cartridge, and upon coming inside the budtender kindly told us the 30 percent was no longer there so we last minute decided to take the dab out since we did not pull enough cash out assuming the 30 percent was still there upon arriving in turn told her "we will just keep the preroll and cartridge only please take the dab out" under the impression, we were buying those two items only. I told her this verbally, and not once did she say we did not have a pre roll in the bag. She did not take out or read back our order nor tell us what we purchased, after we payed and got to the parking lot we realized an item was not the one we anticipated to purchase. Had the budtender read back and showed us the items we would have told them it was not the item we were looking for. On the Weedmaps as well it doesn't specify in the name that it is neither a handheld device nor that it's a preroll only on the receipt does it show this however we saw this after leaving which defeats the purpose of catching this mistake had the budtender shown us our items and confirmed our order out loud, so that in itself was misleading to start. But however had the budtender shown us our order before checkout we would have told her we did not want that and would have caught this before it becoming a mistake. The manager by the name of Daisy was extremely unfriendly compared to the Budtenders who were actually seemingly kind. She immediately came in like a firecracker and said "I remember you from yesterday I cannot do the return because I remember you from yesterday" I tried to explain to her what happened and she repeated her response while pushing back the items on the counter and said I cannot help you however the day before she didn't hear out our explanation as to why we ended up with the wrong item, persistently pushed the notion that it's not broken so she can't do nothing about it which was not relevant to the issue we were trying to explain happened. She had no means to hear us out at all and was stubborn in hearing me out. Daisy was very unprofessional to be In place of a manger as she is not kind spoken nor has any conflict resolution. It felt like talking to a wall. I thought coming back the next day she would be willing to hear out my reasoning as the day prior she just shot it down immediately with her motive that "it's not broken so she can't help" and didn't let me explain. As someone who's worked in the weed industry it's really unfortunate this is how they treat customers who keep the doors open. The third picture is the pre roll we were expecting to get and had bought previously. Will make sure not to recommend this place anymore and take my business elsewhere. read more

What makes it even worse, they have to many employees and yet I have to wait 45 minutes in line. Deceptive marketing on Weedmaps and in person. Daisy the manager is very rude and unprofessional. Mariah K. The budtender does not read back or show you your items on your online order which will cause you to leave with the wrong items that you did not expect to be ordering. The manager will rudely decline any help and is very unprofessional. Went to embark and had a better experience compared to what x1 Tracy has going on. Make sure you have the budtender show you your online order items and read back the order before you pay or else they will make you keep items you did not want to order. I hope the owner Bert can get this in check, I know he would not appreciate rude Managers. I hope the HR Caroline can see this and adress this with the manager Daisy on how to truly be a kind welcoming manager and have conflict resolution rather than being rude and hot headed and unwilling to listen eye to eye. very disappointing as I've been a loyal customer and never had this happen before. To Onyx G in the reviews: homie people actively see them talking and not helping, we aren't blind, ( I said this down there on number 9, but the online system is never updated anymore, you know nothing and just assuming now, if they kept their products updated then I can buy the items I want online, I go to the store they have over 50 of the products I want but if you look online they aren't there for me to order and PICK UP, hmmm wow) 2ndly even if you know what you want (like me) they take forever to get it, I have to tell them where it's at, 3rd they get mad when you tell them what you want and where it's at because they are lost in their own store, 4 30% off is in other areas too its not about that, 5 security are dicks at times, 6 they don't even let you speak to a manager, you can't call them you can't email them they don't care about you, 7 they make up rules as they go, they use to let you make an order and if they ran out of something you can exchange for whatever but now it's only exchange one item, they use to not charge change now they do and if they rang you up wrong they will refuse to refund you the item they got and rang up knowing they messed up, 8 when there's a new girl and again you know what you want they literally give you attitude because you know more than them for a product YOU want and constantly get. It's not impatience, I can stand around at Costco just fine? I can stand around in IKEA just fine? 9 ONLINE ORDER SUCK NOW, they don't update it, the products you want you can't get online and if you order online and say hey this wasn't online I wanted this they make you go to the back of the line. If I was able to order the products I wanted online I would easily do that, they use to be online but they've been going downhill slowly with the new staff and new rules. I've been shopping with this company from Modesto to Stockton and was in Tracy last night when I decided to step in at 8:30 ran into my cousin in line and me and her decided to shop together. The associate denied a shopping together and was very rude and disrespectful. I will never shop with this company in Tracy ever again the fact that she was rude to a customer when she had no idea what was going on and that we were related was outrageous. She should definitely not be working here anymore because if you have an attitude problem with customers, we definitely will not shop here in, so please be aware of where you spend your money. The sad part is I've known the owner for over 10 years. Very nice guy very respectful, but his employees that he has working very rude and I will definitely be contacting him and explaining the situation as well. read more
