They sent me the wrong amount of contacts 6 months instead of the 1 year I paid for, called then they sent the 1 year instead of just 6 more months. Meaning I had to take back the others which wasn't a problem. The rebate was expired and then they didn't have a rebate I needed. I came to pick up my glasses at the same time and got ignored for 30 mins while someone else picked theirs up after my appointment to do so. I have never felt so uncomfortable at an office while I'm supposed to be a paying customer. Then I had to go back to get my glasses adjusted bc the receptionist gave them to me

We cancelled insurance and took her to Stanton. Her exam AND contacts were $240. Her glasses were $101. The exam was computerized, it changed the machine on her face between 1 and 2. At the last place they couldn't get her pretty normal prescription right. Stanton had no issues and my kid is happy with her contacts. Plus the staff was A+

This begins with signing in as you enter the office building through to your discharge with copy of return appointment, any referrals and prescriptions to your pharmacy. Dr. Cook has a great knowledge of the eye and all that entails and in his ability to make his findings well understood by the patient. There is no time constraint when he is with his patient. He is very personable and puts the patient at ease, feeling that he is in the best caring hands available. I am a retired Registered Nurse and am perhaps very alert to how I am cared for. I can tell you, without reservation, I have never had better care or felt more trusting in what I am told in regard to my condition. I cannot recommend him high enough. He is a Blessed man and the area is very fortunate to have him as a physician and an individual.

I had an appointment to see Dr Klienman in 3 day, the staff cancelled that appointment even though nobody also would treat whatever is going on. Why do that to me? so they rescheduled for 7 days later to the Bristol office, sent a confirmation to my phone, I got there and the receptionist gives my a blank look and said it was canceled, I said why? she just stared and said reschedul. He fixed what I thought would be an impossible task. I went to 1 other opticians office and they weren't even able to help at all because of how awkwardly the bent was on the glasses. I am more than pleased with his work and I can wear my glasses again, which means the world to me. 5$ to turn back time? Steal! Thank you so much!!!
