It took two exams to save results; he blamed the system but not sure of that outcome. 2. Glasses: one pair was fine and the other was made wrong. They remade that pair but I never had a longer delivery for my glasses. 3. Warranty: it is great. But it is bargaining they don't screw up. The issue is they screw up and it takes too long. Long story short, I will be trying another place next year.

Their staff was friendly but the overall service wasn't what I expected. I got my eye checkup and it turns out I can see good far away but not great close up. I'm on the computer all day so I wanted something to optimize my vision at my desk and on my laptop. I worked out a plan with the optometrist for a pair of glasses that were not supposed to be single vision lenses and would be optimal for around 2 feet from a screen. The frames were about $70 after insurance but by the with the lenses and all the coatings were applied it was around $400. I thought that was a lot but if it they worked great it would be worth it. I waited about a month before they arrived and they had accidentally ordered them as bifocals. They said they would reorder the lenses and I may get a credit back on my original charge since they ordered transitions. I haven't checked to see if the credit was applied yet. It was 2 months from the eye exam when the new lenses came in. After lots of wasted time calling to check, they finally came in. When I went to pick them up I was handed a bag and told have a good day. Don't most places show you the glasses and let you try them out and adjust them to fit your face? I opened the glasses before leaving and the frames were mangled. When I mentioned it to them they said yeah I noticed that would you like to let us swap a frame that's the same style but a different color from the display rack? I paid for a new pair of glasses in a specific color, not a random color with whatever you had on display that had been worn over and over. Also if they are fragile enough to be bent when ordered new wouldn't they likely get bent being worn by people trying them out? I asked them since I've been waiting 2 months can I wear these home and can you order a new frame and when they arrive I can bring mine back to swap out for a set that doesn't fall off or have an odd shape where the lenses don't fit correctly. They agreed and I went home. That was on 09/05/2024. On 09/12/2024 I went back in to see if they had been ordered and was told "oh yeah we are getting ready to order those frames, the manager has been on vacation". If a customer had waited this long and they had so many issues someone should have called me back the day they found out I was given mangled glasses. I had even asked for them to have the manager call me on 09/05/2024. They didn't call and hadn't order the replacement frames. Maybe the hoped I'd be fine with what they gave me. Overall I'm very frustrated with their lack of service and I still have a $400 pair of bent glasses that continue to fall off while working. I'd rather have the money back because it's not worth the money or time.
