I found this place while looking for another place to do my window tinting. I came here based on the reviews, and I was not disappointed. My tint looks great, and now I'm considering having them do the top part of my windshield. My boyfriend commented on how awesome mine looks, and he is now considering getting his car done too. I came here to get some tint redone on my car. The tint that was on it when I bought it was cheap and poorly done. I recently had the windows of my 328i tinted here. Before coming in, Bobby provided me a quote and answered my questions in a timely manner. My experience at the shop was positive as well. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but they have a nice waiting area. I ended up getting the Ceramic IR film, and I am extremely happy with it. My car is significantly cooler after being left in the sun. When driving, I don't even notice when the sun is directly on my arm or the side of my face. I wish the tint was a little darker, but that's because I went with the legal limit. If I end up getting the windows on my Mini Cooper tinted, I definitely will go back. read more

I took my car here about a week ago to get my windows tinted. They don't make appointments on Saturdays so we just walked right in at 9AM. These guys were great. I had body repair work done on my car and the body shop accidentally damaged the tint on one of my rear windows. The body shop recommended Highline. I then called Mikuni Lexus to get a recommendation from them and they recommended Highline. I brought my car in that day and they were able to match my current tint shade. The body shop had agreed to pay for the damage. When I asked Highline for a bill, they said 'don't worry about it, you have been through enough. This one is on the house.' I had Highline Customs install 3M Paint Protection Film on my SRT8 Cherokee. I had done my homework prior to seeing them. I found that their customers were satisfied and they also install clear bras for many local dealers. The workmanship on the install was first rate, especially when you consider that the front airdam of the SRT8 Cherokee is a complex mess of lines, grooves and contours. The edges of the film were expertly hidden along the contours and seams. All corners were rounded and smooth. When the edges of the film on one of my sideview mirrors began to lift and bubble, they dropped everything and immediately fixed it without the slightest bit of hesitation. That's customer service, my friend. I have referred friends to them and they are satisfied as well. So if you want a clear bra, a tint or window protection film, Highline Customs is the place to go. read more

This review is especially for those who are not "car" people...One fine spring day, I found myself with a shattered quarter window (the tinted variety of course). Since I could care less about cars and am used to taking my vehicles to dealers and other unscupulous schiesters in the auto industry, I was just going to look up a glass repair shop in the phone book, maybe call a couple places to check prices, and prepare to spend a ridiculous amount of money to have something "simple" done. As it turned out, the highest priced glass shop referred me to the fine gentlemen at Highline Customs and it was ALL gravy after that! Not only was I able to get my window replaced for the absolute cheapest price within the tri-county area (I double checked), but they took the time to recommend the best solution to my "problem" and then made that solution happen ASAP. It is too bad these guys just do cars...they have successfully created the TOP business model (I come from a professional customer service background) and I wish I could have them handle all of my service needs. I took my new 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 to Highline Customs for window tinting and a clear bra installation. They completed the install several hours ahead of schedule and even called me about a half hour before they wrapped it up so I had time to return the rental car they provided for me at no charge. The car looked great but during the inspection they discovered part of the clear bra wasn't as bubble free as they like and took the car back and fixed it right then. They took great pains to make sure I knew how to care for both the clear bra and tint and explained the warranty in detail. A few months ago another tint shop in Portland tinted my back window and in the process destroyed the defroster wires in the glass. I had to have my back window replaced and went to Highline Customs to replace do the tint. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly. They had a nice waiting room with a huge tv. When they were done, they said it was no charge. The guy said that I already had the hassle of the old window being busted. It was so nice of them. I have them 40 bucks and told them to use the money for lunch. I will definitely go back to them with future cars and recommend them to anyone who asks. :) read more

We had our windows tinted and they did an AMAZING job! Not only did they get the windows done in a timely manor but the shop guys noticed that I had a few dings in the paint on my door panel and they buffed them out for me. It was so awesome of them. My first experience with this shop was excellent. I recommended them to friends as well. The second experience was not so good. An appointment mix-up by me AND them left me without a window tint on my car. The person who was to do the work on my car didn't even offer to make a bad situation better.....he just let me walk away and said: "sorry." Bad customer service from a shop that claims to be to be one of, if not the"best." I took my business elsewhere and will never recommend them again. These guys do fantastic work.They keep their appointments and finish the job at the time they promise. Their prices are very reasonable and I always end up knowing I got a good value. They only use top rated materials when many use bargin materials to keep costs down. All work is done inside a shop that is almost a "clean room" which if you know anything about tint and clearbra, you know a tiny speck of dust under any of it ruins the final look of the product. Mobile services just can't match this and if you are paying for the tint/clearbra, especially on a high end car, you want it done right. I've taken more than a dozen cars over the years from a simple Honda Accord, new BMWs & Mercedes, to complex jobs like a Corvette rear window in one piece. The tinting has always been flawless. They put clearbra on my new black Camaro recently and you have to look for it to see it even in bright sunlight. I have sent many friends and co-workers to these guys and have only heard back great things from them as well. read more
