Be sure and get everything in writing (text,email,etc.) The work is fantastic but the communication was a little bit of a problem. The discrepancy was settled very amicably. Such an amazing experience! My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it over five years ago. Victor responded very fast and was able to get me in right away on one of my only days off. They were quick to give me an estimate and let me know how long the job would take. I decided to stick around for a few hours until they were finished which worked out very well because the seating was indoors/ air-conditioned, they served amazing food, and the customer service was excellent. They also have a coffee cart and a bar. Everyone there was extremely personable and professional. Enrique, Ricardo, and Victor were so kind and attentive. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. I also had never gotten my car detailed before and wanted to make sure I was getting a good value. The price was very reasonable compared to the many other options I pondered and they were so diligent and detail-oriented. It was worth every penny. Please do your research before hiring this company. They only been around for 5 months and will not take accountability for their mistake! They over used cleaning solutions/steam on the carpet causing a lot of condensation leading to my amplifier to short circuit. I immediately took my car into service at the dealership the report came back as "amplifier was soaked in liquids". Yet they still denied that it was their wrongdoing and said how would they know if my amplifier wasn't already broken or I poured water to damage my own vehicle. They refused to pay for my repair and only offered to refund me the detailing work of $260 when my invoice is closer to $3,000! I highly do not recommend this service they are extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least! My car is a luxury car and it's only 4 years old. After the detailing job the car smells awful because of excessive water now causing mold/mildew. Please save yourself the headache. I even called another detail shop to ask for their professional opinion and they are in agreement with me that Broadway Auto Detailed did not do a good job. read more
