I spoke to the owner, who was unapologetic and unwilling to offer any compensation. Please be aware of this company. Do not use them; you will not be satisfied, and they do not perform well. 281 Maids do better or go out of business you are going to find yourself in a legal battle with what you say you offer and don't do.
