They explained everything clearly and put her mind at ease. Abby offered her a blanket to be cozy, and a movie to watch during the procedure. Dr. Fife was such a calming presence. Friendly, professional and he was so fast! My daughter said it was nearly painless. This provider is not in my network and therefore was quite expensive.... WORTH EVERY CENT!! The receptionist was warm and helpful, and Abby (the dental assistant, I believe) was so friendly--she made the transition into the procedure much easier. She even provided a blanket and gave me two stress balls to help calm my nerves, which was incredibly thoughtful. Dr. Zhuk made my root canal the best experience it could possibly be. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and really helped ease my anxiety. I especially appreciated how he honored my requests--like letting me wear my AirPods and making sure I didn't see the needle. Those small acts of kindness made a huge difference for me. I'm incredibly grateful to the whole team. They turned something I was dreading into a manageable, even positive experience.

She made sure that I understood the signs that she saw while cleaning my teeth and was very patient about any pain or discomfort I experienced, making sure to correct herself quickly! It was mostly painless and she was also so thorough! Pretty sure my teeth went a whole shade lighter haha Angie, the receptionist makes sure you feel welcome and informed through your entire visit - and they both make sure to explain through the procedures and give you multiple payment options before you sign off on anything. Great explanations and informed staff, plus very friendly customer service. I think I've found my go-to place!

I have been her patient for 25 years. She isn't the same. During my last several visits over the past 2 years, I have felt like a number in a factory line and not like a loyal patient she once cared about. Her friendliness, professionalism, and high level of performance has been replaced with negativity, impatience, and unsteady hands. No need to get specific, but I was treated very poorly and didn't deserve it. I will not put up with a subpar unfriendly medical provider that I'm paying good $ for. I'm retiring from her and will be finding a new provider. Jerry, the hygienists is the best, I'll miss her.

She and her team have expertly taking me through my dental journey, so to speak. Most recently, she identified a molar problem needing a root canal, referred me to endodontist, helped me resolve a reaction I had to the root canal procedure including connecting over a weekend, and expertly developed and applied the crown. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an excellent dentist.

All her hygienists, just really great too. I suffer from migraines and one was even concerned with that, turning down the lights if needed, which she had just read that in my chart, which is why she asked, I never brought it up. I thought that was so thoughtful. I was really happy here, I even told people about this place and brought my son over when he transitioned from a pediatric dentist. As a patient, I have nothing negative to say about that part. The reason I left this practice is the last experience I had with scheduling. My son had an appointment on Monday. I called on Thursday to reschedule it. I was told by Hailey (whom I have always enjoyed her upbeat personality and friendliness) told me she was going to have to charge me $50 because of the 24 hour cancellation policy. I was confused since it was Thursday at 9 a.m.- which makes my son's appointment more than 72 hours away (again it was 9 a.m. Thursday and my son's appointment wasn't until 3 pm Monday). I was told since they don't work Friday or the weekend, it was technically "their Friday" (well that's awesome, but for me living in the real world and understanding that 24 hours is 24 hours, no matter how you want to spin it, is just that, 24 hours. Nevertheless, I was like, fine let's play it your way Hailey, not only am I calling 24 hours ahead, I am calling 30 hours ahead, if your Thursday is the day before Monday. She wasn't picking it up. Not sure what was going on with her, but man, she stood by her need to charge me this $50. At this point I am doubting myself for a second, I double check the clock, it is 9:01 a.m., I double check my time zone, yep I am in pst, double check the day, ask Alexa, what day is it? Yep, it is indeed Thursday. Is this a dream? I pinch myself, OUCH! Nope, it's real. It's happening. This just further confused me, it also frustrated me at this point, because now it feels like she is just making up her own rules. I can't make this up. But I took a breath and thought, ok maybe Hailey is having a tough day, shoot, I get it, maybe she is stressed with something and that can put a person in a weird headspace, cloud your judgement, I convince myself to try and clarify one more time- "But Hailey, even if we played by your offices "made up" 24 hour work clock, it's 9 am, not 3 pm. So again, I am still good" I say. Certainly she can do the clock math on that. But no. The fact she hadn't thought this thru again, now was ticking me off, how can easy get so hard? She was just so dead set on charging me, it was so bizarre to me. I am not a new patient, like I mentioned, I have always enjoyed Hailey and our conversations when I went in. We have talked hair and family. This was just so off putting and I told her. I also mentioned that I was now not only cancelling the appointment but would be finding a new dentist. I mean I called at 9 a.m on Thursday, this conversation is now going on 8 minutes and it has exhausted and now frustrated me. This review will not be a shock to them. I got a return call later in the day, I just deleted the message, I was done and moved on. I'm sorry if you are going to make your practice into a place that nickels and dimes your clients because your office has a shortened work week and then you attempt to put that on your patients- COME ON!! Saying when a person calls to cancel or reschedule an appointment- 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, is less than a 24 hour notice, that's a problem- in fact apparently your policy and schedule is so confusing, your front desk is confused- ESPECIALLY when your practice certainly doesn't make rescheduling easy, let me explain. You cannot reply by text to cancel or reschedule like several other offices in today's modern day, when they text you to confirm. You cannot leave a message if you are canceling or rescheduling. You must speak to someone. I work in a job where I don't have cell service and I am in other times zones often. For me calling on Thursday, the soonest I was aware and able to understand this was going to need to be rescheduled, was the best I could do. Many times I have called during regular business hours and they don't answer, again you cannot leave a message for cancellation or rescheduling, it say's it in their voicemail- This was so absurd to me. This whole experience was just a major turn off for me, so I left. How do you expect to keep a clientele when you make it so hard to cancel or reschedule yet so easy for your practice to have "this rule" of a 24 hour notice, which is actually bogus, because you only are open Monday-Thursday, to get $50 out of people? How low can you go as a business operator? . Who else and for what else are they trying to scam people for? Proceed with caution.
