In fact, I'm currently planning for major dental treatment and have no interest in going anywhere else. Dr. Olsen and his staff have consistently provided the most skilled, compassionate, professional and patient centered care I've ever experienced. When you're facing something as significant as extractions and implants, trust matters and this is a practice I trust completely. I don't give five star reviews lightly. This practice earned it then and they have continued to earn it over the years. I've attached my original 2015 review because it's as accurate today as it was in 2015.

He then sat my boyfriend up, acknowledged us both and explained what his diagnosis was, what the options were, and what his reccomendation was. My boyfriend was given price quotes for all options. And he felt no pressure. I can tell you that I know the exact cost that these proceedures would have cost and his prices are cheap. Super clean office and nice friendly staff, if I liked working in oral surgery I would have begged this surgeon for a job. They really took great care of him. I would say that the cost seems a bit high, but I imagine that comes with the territory of being in the Palladio where I am sure the rent is extremely high. The only other issue we had was one of the visits they started to work on him, but then seemed to get distracted by another patient and left the room to deal with that. It was about 20 minutes before they came back to finish the work. It seems like something like that shouldn't happen. We will keep coming back though because the staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, plus the office is very clean and professional looking.

When they finally noticed their mistake, we paid it -- only for them to turn around and claim they never received the payment. When we pushed back, they casually dropped that they had experienced mail theft recently -- and told us to provide proof that the check was cashed. (Here's a thought: if you accept checks, maybe invest in a secure mailbox like every other responsible business.) We provided exactly what they asked for: a copy of the signed, cashed check. Instead of owning their obvious failure, they claimed someone "stole" the check, and unbelievably, they still demanded payment -- and sent us to collections. We did everything right. They lost the check, or mishandled it, and then tried to pin their incompetence on us. Absolutely outrageous behavior. Their gross mismanagement, lack of accountability, and blatant disregard for basic business ethics make them completely untrustworthy. If you value your sanity, your time, or your wallet -- run, don't walk, away from this dental office.

Dr. Sambajon is a doctor... and a kind, gentle and smart doctor at that. He really took the time to explain my options, the risks and after giving it deliberate thought, provided his suggestion. In my case the biggest risk was a nerve running through one of the teeth to be removed and the very real possibility that it could have been damaged and I would lose feeling in that part of my jaw. Thank god I went for a second opinion, Dr. Harris removed the infection, super fast surgery, sent it to biopsy and it turn out to be a nasal palatine duct cyst. The cyst was removed and slowly I am healing without having to take any teeth out. I will be continue monitoring the healing with Dr. Harris and the creekside staff.
