If you look at my profile you would see I'm not a complainer. I went in this morning close to 11 (lunch) and ordered food. By the time I got in my car and pulled to the light which is a left turn away my food was cold. I'll not even heat lamp warm. I wanted to call because putting people on blast isn't my thing but there was no number on my receipt. I know these are read so this is something that should be corrected before someone gets sick. I will be going again at some point in the future and hope the situation is better at which time I will say so. read more

This High's is awesome. It's huge and new, with many pumps and inside holds a large variety of products from hot and cold food, drinks and other things. They have an automated lottery machine where I accidentally used a $100 bill thinking it was a $10. I didn't realize it until 3 days later. We went back and they saved it for us! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! The person that prepares food on Saturday morning is rude as hell. Every time I go to the store, on my way to work, on Saturday this same miserable lady is quick to yell " no breakfast sandwiches right now"and that is all she will say no matter what you ask. This is the only store out of the chain that I have issues at. High's please fix your staff because there is a Wawa and Royal Farms right down the road. I live in the neighborhood of this store. I've been buying gas since it opened (good prices/convenient). Today was my first trip inside the store..clean, well organized, on the expensive side. My experience with the checkout clerk was miserable. She was completely uninterested and not at all friendly. The first and only words spoken were, "How much does this cost?" (holding up an item). I went back to the shelves to find the amount. While I paid, she continued her conversation with a co-worker ignoring us and leaving our several items on the counter. I had to remind here that we were still standing in front of her and need a bag for our items. Still no words, just handed me the bag and continued to chat with her co-worker. Looks like this station/store needs considerable improvement in hiring and training personnel. read more

I just left this High's location twenty minutes ago. There was a row of 40pc. Icebreaker gum with yellow advertisement stickers saying 2 for $5.00. Originally 3.99 each. After the cashier rung me up there was no discount for purchasing two. I asked about this and he went to talk to the manager. He came back and said that the deal expired on 6/30/19 (over a month ago!) and they wouldnt honor the advertised price for two. The cashier asked if I still wanted the gum to which I said 'No'. He then had the audacity to ask me to return the gum! No thanks! Your manager who never was visible can return that gum and take down the false advertisements. I will not be patronizing this High's any longer. read more

Not sure bout the review I just read from other person bout customer service but I been there 3 times inside store and everyone I walk in girl at cashier yells out Hi there Welcome to Highs!! And I heard her say it to everyone that walked in!! And I think the prices are very reasonable and food is fresh! Chicken tenders are delicious and onion rings were too! But my sole reason last two visits is for the Ice Cream!! Omg you get BOGO for free and they will put in cup or come I always get cup bring home for hubby & me for our TV snack! They put in separate cups and I put in freezer until time and I can only eat half of mine same other half for next nite! Really Huge scoops! And for the LOW Price of $2 for Both! And the ice cream is delicious! Today I got Muddy Boots flavor and Nina the girl working gave me a sample cause never had that before and it's Heaven!! Lol so got that for me for Hub the Butter pecan which is also delish! Full of pecans! The place is always spotless today Two people were scrubbing the walls while I was there! You just don't see that anymore especially in a gas station! Bye bye Wawa Hello Highs! My new place for gas and delicious snacks Coffee and always ice cream!! Then I went to pay and cashier gave me rewards card and said I earn points toward gas! He said use it every time I come to buy something in the store! I love this gas station! It's really clean! They have a really nice selection from the Jolly Rancher slushies to the milkshakes you can make your self or they make them for you with real ice cream where they also make the hot food! The cheeseburgers and mini pizzas are always fresh and surprisingly really good considering they are from a gas station and the staff is very friendly! I never had a problem there. Plus the gas is cheaper!! It's a win win! read more

April 8th I stopped @ this High's store & accidentally left my wallet on the counter When I went back the cashier refused to return it to me I was told that the store policy was to let the manager review the security video and they would contact me It's been over 2 months. I've contacted the corporate office & got nothing but excuses I'm tried of jerked around I've contacted the police and the officer was shown the video of someone who had a tan purse & tan wallet I haven't had a tan purse since 1998 No one @ this company wants to do the right thing I was informed that the video will loop in 30 days. I was told that 38 days after the fact Why wasn't this information told to me prior? My advice to anyone who stops there. Please DO NOT leave your wallet there & take out any pictures of your loved ones that have passed away Even though it makes you feel closer to them. I was told by the one manager that anyone who leaves their wallet there. The wallet is kept in a secure location until the owner returns for it. So how many wallets are there and is mine one of them? read more
