The women's restroom was out of order and it was unclear if my toddler and I were supposed to just use the men's restroom or if there was another option. I had to repeatedly ask the employee standing a couple of feet from me no less than six times if I was just supposed to use the men's stall. He ignored me for the longest time, never acknowledging my existence. My husband was desperate for coffee, but there was only the bottom of a cold pot and the heater was off. He said it tasted terrible. There were not a lot of grab-n-go food options besides chips, bars, and candy. We rushed to leave this mediocre Exxon, never to return.

The manager/employee at the front refused to do it, telling me that only active employees get the discount, when the card clearly stated my grandfather was eligible for said discount. Then the employee had the gall to apologize because he "didn't want to get in trouble." This is not the first bad experience at this Walgreens. I continually have issues with this location and the employees. My grandfather felt hurt and disappointed as he has given a lot of years to this company, and should have been given the employee discount. Sad that this policy isn't followed when the card clearly stated the benefits, and had it signed by the CEO. Do better, Walgreens, but especially at this location.

Also looked on their app and website for pharmacy hours and didn't see a lunch time. I go over and they close right when I walked up. I told them they really need to post the lunch time on the app and website, which the Pharmacist, in a smart alec way told me it was there on the sites. I left the pharmacy ticked off, but wanted to double check the sites and it took a while, but I found the lunch time in small gray print, which is easily missed even with my glasses on. She could have been nice about it, but I imagine patrons come in all the time having the same issue. As soon as I do not have to use CVS pharmacy, I'll go anywhere else.
