This armed guard who was posted at the front entrance had the nerve to leave his "post" to come to where I was to monitor me. I was outraged! I will be returning to the store soon because I'm interested in seeing how this will be handled since I was in the middle of getting my hair done when we made this discovery. The first bundle was fine and then this. This has never happened before so I suspect someone returned it this way after taking what they needed out. UPDATE. Returned to the store to show them the picture of the package. I appreciate their replacing my purchase.
