The bathroom remodel project took over 4 times longer than it should have (they quoted 3 weeks but…read moreit took 14 weeks, and some weeks they didn't even show up at all), they don't get permits even when they are legally required but they don't tell you that unless you ask, and they had to come back and redo poor work repeatedly. For example, they installed floors that were basically sandpaper material and not cleanable so they ripped those out and redid them which added to the project cost. As another example, they had to redo the shower 3 times because it leaked- first they had to remove the glass and redo the tiles, then had to redo the silicone, then had to add extra silicone on their third time out to fix it because the first silicone fix didn't work either. As another example, they installed vessel sinks on top of standard-height countertops and they were so high up I couldn't even reach the sink faucet without a stool (I'm not exaggerating but I'm also only 5'2). So we ended up having to pick all new countertops because they had to redo that whole area. They wanted to charge me for the new countertops and new sinks, but thankfully when I argued that it was their mistake, they denied it being their mistake but did the right thing and didn't charge. It was a bummer to see them ruin the perfect countertops we wanted that matched what we have throughout the house. I was actually really surprised at how many things they were able to do wrong, but I have to admit it all looks really good now. Not sure if it would pass an inspection though. If I had known what it would be like, I definitely wouldn't have chosen them.

Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. The initial consultation and final measurement with Eric, was very professional and Eric went over everything that had to be done. Eric is not a salesman, he has been in this profession for years, and is the owner. It was refreshing to have someone who actually knows what the job entails and not just a salesman was refreshing. The price of the materials and installation was very competitive. The doors and windows came in earlier than expected and installation was scheduled. Chris, Mike, Aaron, Dave and Walt were here for about 5 1/2 hours. They all were experienced, professional and completed a some what difficult project. My house was built in the late 50's so everything is not standard-sizing, etc., they did have to work through several issues. Everything passed inspection. There are some scratches, marks in the glass of the kitchen window and glass panel on the back door. Oscar came and noted everything and the glass panels are in the works to be replaced. This is nothing that the company damaged, just defaults in the glass. The consultation to final measurement to installation to setting up the inspection were all stress free. I could not say one bad thing about this company. I would highly recommend this company to friends, family and neighbors.
