Most places would've left the computer on the counter until the next morning. Scott had scans being run all night long so that it will be ready for pick up the next day. I'll also say that he is charging less than any place else I've ever taken a computer to get help, plus I've never gotten it back the next day fixed completely, plus there were no extra charges, hidden fees, etc. Actually he did more than what he said, he launched all my upgrades, he added some free software to help keep my computer virus free, he even installed an app on my computer in case I ever needed his help I could speak with him remotely.
