I gave them a call and chatted with Daniel. I told him the issue and he gave me some dates and times that were available. I ended up with an appointment the next day. The times they give you are in a 3-hour window, but they'll text you when they're heading your way. Once he got there, Daniel walked me through everything that was going to happen. Took it back a week later because the issue continued to get worse - I asked about tie rods and ball joints and was told it was most likely my tires. I subsequently took the truck to All American Automotive on south street. They quickly diagnosed that Scott's changed the track bar but not the associated bushings as well as bad tie rods. Issue resolved. I called Scott's to let them know they failed to change the bushings as well and I had to pay labor a second time for someone else to complete the job...they couldn't have cared less.
