We completely understand that body shops get busy and that estimates and insurance claims take time. What is frustrating is repeatedly being promised a callback and receiving no information. At this point, we simply want to know whether the vehicle has been inspected, what the current estimate is, and when the necessary information will be submitted to State Farm so the claim can move forward.
