Ok, so DO NOT give this store your business; read my story: - I walked in with some good cash in hand to buy a vaporizer. The two clerks, and girl and a guy, recommended the WulfVape Classic to me, saying it would meet all my needs -- easily. - Whenever I asked ANY questions about it, they said "Just look on youtube." Seriously, I asked about 8 questions and each answer was "Look on youtube" It all felt incredibly rushed -- but I had no reason to think these guys were selling me on a dream. - So I paid $120 cash for this vape, brought it home, tried it out and guess what!? ITS ABSOLUTELY F'ing HORRIBLE. They recommended this!? I even have a burn mark to show for it!!! - I came back within less than 24 hours to return it, exchange it, or get store credit for something else -- ya know which would be FAIR -- and guess what else: There is a NO RETURN policy for ANYTHING used, EVEN IF ITS DEFECTIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! - So I essentially was robbed / swindled into buying a sub par product -- which is potentially defective since it burned me while pulling -- and the company refuses to take ANY responsibility. - The store clerk referred me to the "store policy", and she turned around to read it off the wall, but hey -- there aren't any store policies visible ANYWHERE in the store. - The manager / owner, named Jane, also refused to speak with me. She forced her poor store clerk to simply relay to me over the phone: "Sorry, nothing we can do." So all in all -- screw this place, really hard. Jane, and whoever else sold me the vape don't know customer service / how to do business honestly. My mind is blown by how I was treated, and better believe I will not be going back for anything. I called the store and spoke to a girl that said they were closing at 12 am, I went there 5 minutes after I had called and the door was locked, I was knocking on the door no answer, the girl popped her head out from the back seen me standing there knocking and never answered, I was standing out there for 15 minutes knocking on the door.
