The reception is very helpful with rescheduling, information regarding treatment, and payment. If you don't have insurance or minimal coverage they have a monthly payment plan that fits an individuals financial needs. Hannapel has been practicing for 25 years!! Staff is trained, qualified, and properly licensed and certified. Shoutout to giving back to community!!! Hannapel also teaches at the University of michigan, volunteers to help children with cleft palate, and Hannapel/Pellillo sponsor girls/boys softball, baseball, and soccer in the community. The dental association gave me a little check but that didn't cover the major mistakes that the doctors from Grandville Dental made. I was fooled by all several fake stock photos that was used on their Facebook and their Incentivized google reviews. I though this office was able to perform a full mouth restoration of all porcelain teeth but I couldn't be any more wrong. This company keeps suppressing honest truthful reviews. Why would yelp hide a basic review that doesn't break guidelines. Maybe they are paying yelp of something I dunno but its confusing and hard to trust any Yelp reviews when I know they are allowing this company to wrongfully flag reviews and have them removed for no reason other than the owner of the company simply doesn't like it, that shouldn't be justification to have a review removed.

I was pleasantly surprised at the advanced technologies they used - everything from a gun that takes the X-rays (no Leaded apron needed) to a cordless cleaner.
