Customer service has no access to cases so the only people who you can get on the phone cant do anything. Based off their 1 star review I can see that I wont be able to resolve my claim with any satisfaction. UPDATE After my review I recieved a follow up from my adjuster. I was able to get information on the hold up and the status on my claim, and provide info. three weeks later (now it's been 5 months since my accident) still nothing.
