Had a great experience buying my Yamaha R1. If you're looking for used motorcycles in Houston, this is the go to spot.

There were multiple issues throughout the process, starting with the excessive amount of time it took just to put fluids in the bike and install a battery. What should have been a straightforward process turned into hours of waiting around. We were also quoted an outrageous price to install a camera on the bike before leaving. I ended up installing it myself in about five minutes while sitting on the showroom floor, which honestly just added insult to injury. On top of that, the registration stickers were never sent to us. After quite a bit of time passed, we finally received a call asking if we planned to pick them up, despite this being the first time anyone had even mentioned they were there. From our very first contact, we made it clear that we were from out of town and had specifically been told they would be mailed. What should have been an exciting and memorable day turned into a frustrating seven-hour ordeal filled with poor communication, unnecessary delays, and lack of follow-through. To top it all off, they don't even sell gremlin bells.

I lived 2-3 blocks from the shop to far to push a thousand pound bike. He charged me $100 to come get it *tow* and all he did is grab his personal ford ranger and put it in the back. If i wasnt in a time crunch i would of paid 80 to have a real tow truck to come get it. I straight up told him what was wrong. i told him it was something with the starter since the bike would run just fine once it turned over and i caused a short with the battery. it took him 5 days to even look at it and once he "looked at it" he told me the engine seized and it had no oil. I have a dry sump oil system YOU CANT CHECK THE OIL UNLESS THE ENGINE HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR 20 MIN. he didnt even know how to check the oil. what mechanic dosnt know how to check the oil????????? so i had to pay an additional 70 for him to tell me to my face a lie. i let him talk i just wanted my bike away from him. if you cant check the oil i dont want you touching it. I took my bike to a real shop they had it started in 20 min and all it was was a shorted solenoid and the oil was 100% fine this guy might be ok with sport bikes but DO NOT let him touch a cruiser

At first, I was slightly put off by that fact, but no money is required until after the work is complete. My motorcycle had been idle in my garage for months; when I finally brought it out of storage, it was running rough and stalling at stops. V-Eagle Rider quickly diagnosed that I my fuel system was affected by the ethanol gasoline that had sat in my fuel tank. In less than 3 business days, my bike was up and running better than new. The rates are excellent and the service is top notch. I've only reserved the 5th star because they don't accept major credit cards, which is my preferred method of payment.
