Four days later and no call, I called to ask about the truck and the person that answered was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Right off the back he told me not to call again that they would call me when they check they truck and that if I was in such a hurry to go pick up my truck. That should off have been a red flag. A week later they called me and said the transmission needed to be rebuild and would cost $2,700 to rebuild. I told them to proceed because I needed the truck. They had my truck for two months and I heard nothing from them. I called multiples times with no answer. We went back to the shop and end up been they had not put a finger on it. they didn't even know the truck was there. I took my truck back, what a waste of time. We purchased a used motorcycle in February 2026 and were strongly encouraged to buy the extended warranty for protection against major repairs. In June, while attending an event in North Carolina, the clutch failed, leaving us stranded. An authorized Harley-Davidson dealership advised the clutch had likely been failing before we purchased the bike and should have been identified during inspection. However, our warranty claim was denied because the clutch had allegedly been repaired by a non-Harley shop before our ownership. We had no way of knowing the bike's repair history, yet we paid for a warranty that offered no protection, forcing us to spend $1,800 out of pocket. This experience has left us feeling misled and deeply disappointed in the Harley-Davidson brand.

There were multiple issues throughout the process, starting with the excessive amount of time it took just to put fluids in the bike and install a battery. What should have been a straightforward process turned into hours of waiting around. We were also quoted an outrageous price to install a camera on the bike before leaving. I ended up installing it myself in about five minutes while sitting on the showroom floor, which honestly just added insult to injury. On top of that, the registration stickers were never sent to us. After quite a bit of time passed, we finally received a call asking if we planned to pick them up, despite this being the first time anyone had even mentioned they were there. From our very first contact, we made it clear that we were from out of town and had specifically been told they would be mailed. What should have been an exciting and memorable day turned into a frustrating seven-hour ordeal filled with poor communication, unnecessary delays, and lack of follow-through.
