They wanted to charge me $660 to clear a toilet. I canceled the call. I called another company that came out the same day, brought a smaller rooter machine, and cleared the toilet line for a whole lot less than Roto Router wanted to charge me. Their price was fair and they had a good plan for the job so we decided to give them the work. One good reason for contracting with Blue Ridge is that the brothers who did our work were gentlemen throughout the process.
