I needed 2 pool lights replaced. Gerardo sent someone to give me an estimate on the same day, and the job was done 2 days later! He was great at communication, kept me up to date and gave me a heads up when he or his workers were coming. As a contrast, I contacted 2 other companies to get estimates, and 1 never got back to me after a few texts and pictures were sent, and 1 set up a 3 hour window to come, never showed up, then declined waiving the $175 fee that they charge just for coming out. He takes the most amazing care of my pool and all the components required to maintain my pool including Polaris, heater, spa etc. He rewired the lighting structure in the pool and also changed out both my filter and heater for more efficient use of electric and gas. I have had situations where I called Gerardo on the weekend when the pool was filling up from a storm or could not figure out how to fill the spa. Each time, ALWAYS available.
