He had me ship him pastrami and he would cook them on a pellet grill on College Ave. and feed all the passers by to entice them into his store. He became the largest spa dealer in Northern Colorado. Unfortunately he passed in 2021. And his business no longer cooks Bests pastrami in the streets of Colorado. Both he and his cooking are missed by the people of Fort Collins.
