I've sent fruit from various locations all over the country and have never had a bad experience. This location should not be able to bear the brand name. Natalie calling me, the sender, offering a store credit after I'm throughly embarrassed that they sent this crap to my friend in the first place. So what the employee no longer works there?! Unfortunately zero stars is not am option. Apparently when you are assured that a message will be delivered discretely, don't take that for face value. The message was visible to everyone! In addition I purchased a ceramic pot and instead I received a tin pot. It's sad to say that, my surprise turned out to be everything that I did not want for my special someone. I will not order from here again! Just to think, I even told the person that was delivering the arrangement what exactly to do, and they still messed it up. Made an order with this location via phone at 12p Called at 630p to follow up. Christian, the store representative had unbelievably poor customer service manners. I couldn't believe HE RAISED HIS VOICE AT ME! What?! All I wanted was to track my order and receive my order number. I would NEVER order from this place again! I placed an order at 5:30pm (FOR PICK UP!!!!) was the same day at 6pm. i was called at 5:51, 20 MINUTES LATER! that my order had to be cancelled because after 5pm they do not make baskets with chocolate but they close at 7pm? my order was $61.75 but i used a promo code that was given to me for becoming a EA member that gave me $10 off my purchase so i used it. 51.75 was taken from my debit card and i was told i was going to receieve a full refund BUT i wouldnt be able to use the promo again even though my order was cancelled by THEM. I checked the next morning to see if the money was refunded back into my account and was still NOT there. I called and asked to speak with an owner or management and neither were available to answer my call? its 2pm on a wednesday and no manager is to be found? whats funny is that i went to the Nutley EA and they made the same order for me in LESS THAN 45 MINUTES! I work for the GATEWAY building on Raymond Blvd and also a francise gym of which happens to be located in several towns that Edible Arrangements are located as well! I will make sure to let ALL of my co workers know that this business is ran poorly and not to do business with them! Corporate will be receiving a letter from me as well! read more

I did a walk-in as a last minute gift and they were able to show me many options available within an 30mins-1hr wait, which was not that bad and the fruits were fresh. My mother loved her gift and I would def. shop there more often and recommend them to others. read more

I wish I had a negative star for this place. The order I placed never showed up, and I never heard back from the store after MULTIPLE tries. The answer I recived was "the manager just stepped out." I am highly upset with this place. I usually purchase from this place for special occasions. My friend purchased something for me for Valentines and a guy at the front desk brought up my information just from my friend giving my name. He said that the delivery will be made on Valentine's Day before 3 pm. My friend made this purchase nearly a week before Valentine's times day in person. No one called, no one left a note, no one even attempted to deliver or call the next day and apologize. Valentine's Day ruined. My friend could tell something was wrong because I wasn't extra happy or surprised. I was just acting like my regular self. He said did you receive anything today and I said no and it's all because the delivery people at this store didn't even attempt to deliver. I would like to say this is the worst form of service I've ever experienced in my life! In placed an order two weeks in adVance for it to be delivered on Valentine's Day and I actually had to go the day after into the branch and demand my order. The workers were understaffed overworked and basically look like they could not handle the demand. I feel as though this would never have happened if this was another location. it makes no sense that we as locals in this community paid our money for a service and if myself and a few other customers in the shop never went to the location we would probably still be waiting for our orders. I even called the customer service department to be railroaded and miss lead was so Crazy! This company definitely needs to do a revamp on customer service training!! I would NEVER EVER order from this branch ever again! They have terrible customer service! They delivered a HUGE arrangement to the BILLING address instead of the delivery address. The driver had to go back and pick up the arrangment to bring it to the correct location. All this came after I gave them detailed information on the location where to deliver it. I was on the phone with them for almost an hour when I was placing the order. When it did arrive at the correct location the driver took it upon himself to look for the office of the person I was giving it to after the directions said to deliver it to where I was because I was going to surprise the person I was giving the arrangement to! During the time I was waiting for it to be delivered I called the location so I can speak to the manager but the woman that answered said the manager doesn't speak English but she will translate for him. At that point I asked is there anyone else I can speak to and she said she will reach out to the owner and have him call me back. After almost 3 hours later I never received a call from the owner. So I called 3 times and all 3 times they put me on hold right away. I believe they were screening my calls because when I called from a different number someone picked up.
