This is a local Ace Hardware store where I live. I have been here many times; the staff are all…read morevery helpful every time I go. Not like some other large stores where you can't find anyone to help you. They have a lot of merchandise, anything that you might need at reasonable prices. They even have other services such as screen repair which I had to do. My screen door was coming apart, brought it to Ace, no problem, left it, then picked it up several days later. Good as new. You can sign up for their reward programs and they will send you coupons.

The first thing you notice when you go in is how big this store is. It's like a supermarket for home supplies. Big and bright with a very friendly and helpful team of people. They recently did a complete renovation-expansion and were really able to bring in much more merchandise and keep plenty of open space. Their COVID protocols have also been excellent through the pandemic. I like a place that makes you feel safe. It's nice to come here and support a local business. They have a wonderful selection of merchandise here. Hardware, tools, electrical supplies and home (indoor and outdoor) cleaning supplies. They also have a great paint department. I was always very impressed with their BBQs and smokers. They also have many accessories and parts for the more popular brands like Weber and Green Egg. My last trip here was for picture hanging hooks and wall fasteners. I was hanging a large-heavy mirror and they had all the necessary supplies for me. I also needed some specialty cleaning supplies for concrete and they had these special items too. I highly recommend ACE and suggest you try it before venturing out to the big chain stores. The employees here refuse to help you with making copies of keys. One employee saw me standing at…read morethe key section and didn't say anything to me until I started touching the machine and then she said to me "the sign says authorized personnel only", so I asked her "is there anyone who can help me?" She told me to go to the self service machine and follow the instructions. So I go to the self service machine, but the key selection is limited compared to the ones they have in the key section and the keys are double the price. So I ask another employee if they could assist me with copying some keys. They said they would contact someone to come help me. No one ever came to help me and another person who was also asked for assistance. I'm not sure what's the point of having a key section if you're just going to tell customers to go to the self service machine.
