Sure, I know another place where I can get Krazy Glue as a two-pack for the same price, but I still choose to buy my glue, housewares, and other supplies from Gantry. There is a $5 minimum purchase at checkout, so keep that in mind. Many hardware stores have a minimum anyway, but it's always good to check ahead of time. The store is well organized, although sometimes there's so much to look at that you come in for one item and walk out with several others--haha. When I contacted the company to request a return, they denied it. Their reason was that because the part had been used for testing and water had passed through it, it could not be returned or resold. I find this policy very frustrating. How is a customer supposed to determine whether a replacement plumbing part works without actually testing it? I am now left with an expensive part that did not solve my problem and cannot be returned. While the company may be following its policy, customers should be aware of this before making a purchase. Be sure to carefully review the return policy before ordering, especially for high-cost replacement parts.
