I used to come to this location, but I now go to Integrity Urgent Care instead -- and for good…read morereason. The check-in process here is honestly bogus. Whoever thought it was a good idea to make patients check in using a phone clearly didn't think it through. It feels like the front desk is avoiding doing their job by having sick patients check themselves in, and it creates unnecessary contact points where germs can easily spread. If someone comes in for a non-illness-related issue, they're now exposed to germs from everyone touching the same equipment. As for the care itself, I will say the medical team is fast, efficient, and provides quality treatment. However, the front desk experience completely overshadows that. Another major issue is the lack of privacy. The front desk openly asks patients, "What's going on with you?" in front of the entire waiting room. While I was there, a man came in and had to quietly tell the receptionist he had diarrhea -- in front of everyone. That's embarrassing and absolutely not how patient information should be handled. These conversations should be left for triage in a private room, not asked out loud in a lobby full of strangers. Because of these issues, I will not be returning to this location.

The whole time he was acting like i was another stupid girl who couldnt handle pregnancy symptoms. Obviously i was already in a horrible mood based on how sick i was. A different nurse put in my IV and everything was fine, but he was the one to take it out, he full on ripped out my IV and it was so painful, he said "its better to do it quick than to keep on torturing you."

My uncle was a patient in the St David's ICU for five days following a traumatic brain injury…read more Although I came in from MN and was only there for the last two.. every nurse that assisted in his care was absolutely incredible. His condition worsened each day on the ventilator and we had to make the difficult decision to remove his breathing tubes and take him off life support. It was the hardest decision of our lives but everyone's compassion and kindness made it bearable. My family cannot thank the staff enough for the level of empathy they shared, especially our day nurse James. Truly incredible group of ICU nurses and grateful to know there are such great physicians out there making a difference in the lives of their patients and families.

No matter how many payment plans or cash you give, for some reason, one hospital visit from months ago keeps getting you billed week after week, month after month. Next time I'll just fucking let myself die then suffer through another AI voicemail from this place that refuses to connect you to a human, and even if you did speak to a human it's not like they'll be helpful. The quality of care I received was fuckin mediocre at best. Take you and your sick loved ones elsewhere

First off, the financial lady in the beginning of my pregnancy said with my insurance, that I would not pay more than my copay. *I never believed this (too good to be true,) but why give all the new pregnant Mom's this financial meeting and the blue folder if you can't follow thru. My bill from the hospital has 5- $45 ibuprofen, $10.25 for Tylenol, $12.75 gabapentin...$315! That's crazy for over the counter medication. Also, I received a separate bill for my son with the incorrect spelling and a bill for myself with the wrong birthdate. Plus the many other separate bills that I "supposedly" wasn't going to get.
