Burger was filled with blue cheese and the BLT was loaded with bacon. French fries were crispy on the outside and creamy inside. BLT normally served on rye but requested ciabatta--sandwich actually came on a bread similar to a fry bread, but worked well with the sandwich. We decided to go out to eat with another couple. The line was outside--Labor Day weekend. When we walked in to put our name, it was a few minute wait until the hostess arrived. The restaurant was packed Every worker was running. The hostess placed all the patrons that were waiting and had another table for us. We sat and the waitress who was busy came to our table cheery and smiling. She took our order of drinks and we placed our food order at the same table me Everything came out in a very short time, Kristen, not sure if the spelling is correct, our waitress, was so pleasant and frequently checked on us. I was amazed how the team of waitresses worked together. The crew in the kitchen got our orders cooked the exact way we ordered. I thought being as busy as they were something would have been wrong. But no it was GREAT. The restaurant was clean, service was amazing and the price was very reasonable. We recommend this place to anyone living in the area or traveling in this area. read more

When he showed up on Friday we went fishing and he asked if we could go to the Hilltop for the fish basket I had the day . Not only did we eat fish but we had pretzels and crab rangoons . What great service even after a 30 minute wait on a Friday at 5 dinner crowd. Well worth the wait. Great burgers and beers for an extremely comfortable price. The owner was on the floor making sure all was well with the customers making sure the food was to their liking.
