The Indian dude behind the counter did not want to "take" my $30 in singles because he said he already had enough ones. So he declined me from getting gas. $30 dollars. I'm not even mad. But little did he know, I have credit cards, debit cards, cash, Apple Pay and whatever else I need. Judging me by the way I look and I still have to give you my business?? Smh. This BP is located at the corner of Haynes Bridge Rd and Westside Pkwy in Alpharetta, not far from Georgia 400 exit 9 (Haynes Bridge Rd). The filling station has 16 pumps. During my visit, they were grimey, but in good working order. This station offers all three grades of unleaded fuel plus diesel. I used pump 3. The displays were old, but legible, and my receipt printed out clearly. There's a taqueria attached to the convenience store called Taqueria Cuernavaca. No car wash or anything like that. There are medians on both Haynes Bridge Rd and Westside Pkwy that make it impossible to make left turns out of the property. You'll have to drive out the back and go to Rainwater Dr if you want to make a left turn back onto the main roads. Overall, this place is fine. QuikTrip and RaceTrac are better, but they're also more congested.

I had an unacceptable experience at this Shell gas station. The pump I was using was clearly…read moremalfunctioning, so I politely asked to move to another pump. Instead of assisting me, the manager immediately became hostile and yelled at me. Rather than investigating the issue, the manager blamed me, claiming that talking on my cell phone was somehow causing the pump to malfunction. He repeatedly insisted that the station had "passed all inspections," as if that automatically meant the pump couldn't be experiencing a problem. Passing an inspection does not guarantee that equipment cannot fail or malfunction at a later time. What was most concerning was the manager's behavior. Instead of listening to a customer who was reporting a possible equipment issue, he chose to raise his voice, dismiss my concerns, and treat me with disrespect. No customer should be yelled at for simply asking to use a different pump when they believe the one they are using is not functioning properly. This experience demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. I hope Shell investigates both the condition of the pumps at this location and the conduct of the manager. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, not blamed or intimidated for reporting a potential problem.

This place is terrible. It's not maintained! The windshield station at each pump has worn out…read moresqueezes. The cleaning cushion on the tool has half the cleaning material worn off. More damaging is the chemical they have in the bucket. After using it, my windshield was full of smears, in worse shape after using their cleaning chemical on it. Worse yet, after getting home, I had to use three different window cleaners to get the smears off my windshield. Go to QT down the street. Their place is well maintained!
