The ice machine on my floor was out of order so I had to go to another floor every time I needed ice. The breakfast is nice but unfortunately during my stay the pancake maker wasn't working correctly, They had biscuits but no gravy and there were no juices on offer so your choices are coffee or tea. I thought the shower pan was stained but when I was in the shower I I scrubbed it a bit with my foot and the dirt came up. Everything else seemed clean though. None of those things are very important when you get a great night's sleep in a clean comfortable bed, which I did, so I left content and will probably stay here again in the future.

The breakfast manager Linda is a true gem! She's so kind and helpful. Give the delightful Linda a raise! We'd definitely stay here again.

The rooms were remodeled more recently, the TV is as small as I expect from a budget accommodation, but what makes up for it is the staff (really nice) and the constantly restocked breakfast area. They have an indoor pool (a tad cool, but sufficient) and hot tub (cozy but fine, with new water) and the only Tesla superchargers in this part of Wyoming, if anyone needs.

My husband and I were able to christen the pool and hot tub. It's so big! If you're having a family gathering with kids, this is a great meeting place. BREAKFAST: There is a video on Google, you can watch to see the breakfast area and what they serve. May 2025, I stay at a lot of hotels with my job. In fact around 250 each year. I have NEVER experienced this kind of service at ANY Wyndham hotel, or many others for that matter. These folks are the epitome of what customer service SHOULD be!!! The beds were comfy, I LOVED the lighting in the room so much. RARELY does a Wyndham hotel upgrade us, especially if I didn't ask. This lovely man did it without me asking. When we showed up, he escorted us to our room. The gentleman in the morning was equally pleasant and helpful. I'm so glad we found this hotel. The first night, this fine establishment run by a very decent and moral husband and wife team had no vacancy. The second night I stayed and was treated like family. The loyal owners ensured I had everything I needed in order to recuperate, recharge and have physical and spiritual confidence to return safely to the East Coast. I was almost tempted to stay more time but realized I needed ample time to return. The prices they charge are incredibly reasonable and you always feel respected, protected and cherished as a human being. In many ways, meeting these kind and intelligent owners (they are multilingual) made me feel not continuing to the West Coast was a blessing.

Paul called a few places and decided we should stay right down town at the Olde Main Street Inn. We were greeted with a free drink to "brush off the road dust" from Jeanne, the owner/bartender. Jeanne was very friendly and offered a pleasant stay! The room was very old with many antiques. Jeanne left the other rooms open so we can peak around and see the different styles of rooms. Have an open mind with the shower, since it wasn't a tub, more of a drain in the ground to collect water, but it does the trick! Jeanne made a very large and moist cinnamon bun and coffee! She also took us around the old diner (what used to be open) to see an original well. I recommend to stay here if you ever find yourself in Chadron, NE.

Jeanne, the inn keeper/bartender was very friendly (as was her mom!) and made us feel at home with a free drink to "wash away the road dust." I liked that. I'll probably never stay in Chadron again, but if I did I bet I'd stay here! The room was the cheapest one they offered at only $65 for the night and it was small, but comfortable. You can get suites up to $95 and they were much bigger and provide a kitchen and multiple rooms. The shower wasn't the greatest, but this place was built in 1890 and I don't think many updates have been made to it since then. For breakfast, Jeanne prepared these unbelievable cinnamon rolls. I ate almost two since my fiancee has been on a health kick.
