This is the second time using them for our high school reunions. We had a wonderful stay and they did an outstanding job working with me to plan and create a memorable , flawless event! The front desk staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and comfortable! The catering staff made the planning so easy. Very helpful and easy to work with and very qucick at responding to me! The ballroom was beautiful and I love the tables ! The food was delicious! The outside area was perfect for sitting by the firepit after the reunion and the night before!

    Amazing shower / bath layout?

When I drove up it looked brand-new... Front desk staff Angela and Laurelle were exceedingly kind (even though I had a mobile key and didn't 'need' them their bright-shiny faces made an impression as soon as I walked in. In my room I woulda swore the place was less than 6mo old! Amazing clean and modern and very well laid-out. It had been a long week and I wanted food and a drink and food and saw that there was a bar/bistro in the lobby. Juan was also a bright spot in my day as he was great to chat with and enjoyed my beer-nerd banter. This was. NOT a typical Jersey experience and this Indian dude felt right at home. I would drive well outta my way to stay not just at this place but with these folks! My kinda people!!!

Nice little bar for a hotel

Beautiful room at a gorgeous price plus a nice outdoor seating area and bar as they are a frequent wedding / event location.

I drove up to an exotic looking hotel with plenty of parking. There is a covered area for loading and unloading. I was astounded after entering the lobby with majestic features with the front desk host Robby smiling with a warm greeting. I also observed a snack shop, kitchen, and full bar. (Refer to image) I had a warm feeling knowing I was in good hands. The room was incredible! 2 TV, 2 rooms, fully stocked bathroom. The rooms are so spacious. I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast is from 6-10am. After arriving for breakfast there was Trish smiling and stated, "Sir, have a seat and we will take your order". At this point I was feeling like a king! It was pleasant to see there were accommodations for people with disabilities. I want to tank the manager Tom and the entire staff for an amazing stay!

This was dirty socks left there from the people before

Staff is very friendly. The first room we got was dirty was smeared handprint on the wall and dirty socks left on the bed by the pillows. The floor also had dirt chunks all over it not looking like it has been vacuumed in a while. The second room we got the refrigerator did not keep anything cool and AC even though we set it to 71 did not keep the room cool at all have an open the window. Very strong odor of smoke and cigars in elevator and fourth floor.

Came here for a friend's wedding and had a fantastic time! Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, food was good, and just had positive vibes all around. I stayed in a room that had a king bed. Some of the furniture is a little bit older, but that didn't bother me at all. The remote control for the television wasn't very responsive, may have needed new batteries or maybe was slightly broken. Nevertheless, the bathroom and room seemed clean, so I slept pretty well. Like most hotels, the gym is small, but it served its purpose. They have a bunch of free weights, 2 treadmills, and a couple of other machines. The treadmill I went on worked just fine. They also have a putting green and corn hole outside. My only complaint with the putting green is there was one hole that was messed up. The cup within the hole was coming out of the ground, so you couldn't really put on that particular hole. In addition, my key card did not work on one of the doors. It worked on a different door, so I believe something was wrong with the card reader on that particular door. For the rehearsal dinner, they apparently made the food on premise. They had garlic bread, house salad, pasta, vegetables, and chicken, and a variety of pastries. Everything was tasty and fulfilled my hunger. All the food seemed to be cooked just right. There was also plenty of it for everyone. I probably ate too much. The wedding ceremony was outside in front of a pond. It was a beautiful setting with beautiful people. They have a brick walkway that leads to pond. It was a great environment with terrific weather. The dinner and cocktail hour were terrific. The particular room we were in for dinner and dance has a capacity of 100 people, but there was definitely plenty of space, decent size dance floor. Salad could have used a little bit more dressing, but certainly not a big deal. Salmon was very good along with the mash potatoes and zucchini. There is no complimentary continental breakfast at this hotel. You have to pay $11.99 for the breakfast buffet. Some hotels offer the continental breakfast which would have been nice, but oh well. All in all, it was a spectacular time here. Great venue, great weather, good food, and most importantly, great people!

Andrea at the front desk doesn't know hotel policy or even how to treat customers. Will never book here solely because of her.

Pros: Beautifully…read moredecorated inside with oversized paper flowers, butterflies, as well as a hanging rose backdrop. A beautiful, welcoming, inviting aesthetic choice. Large, spacious elevators that move quickly. My room was very large, spacious, & well thought out. The layout allowed for lots of movement while still segmenting certain areas without making the room feel restrictive. Amazingly quiet stay. The rooms appear to be laid out in such a way that there is little to no residual noise from neighboring rooms. I would stay here again for that alone. The room was pristine. I always clean & sanitize my hotel rooms after check-in, but this was by far one of the easiest I've ever done. I love how the towels & bath mats are folded decoratively in the bathroom. They're also plush, wonderfully thick, & the perfect balance between coarse & soft. Despite not having a handheld shower nozzle, the water pressure was surprisingly good. There are lots of plugs & outlets in the room, especially on the desk. You should have no problem charging all of your devices. There was no remote control in my room, but a quick call to the front desk solved that. It wasn't even 5 minutes between my request & the remote being delivered. I always pull back the mattress & mattress covers to inspect the mattress itself, & everything was crisp & clean. I appreciated that the window had a partial view of the parking lot but faced the side of the building. It was angled perfectly to provide plenty of light, maintain situational awareness, & still offer privacy. Great breakfast options, especially for those who are pork-free or trying to eat a little healthier. There were bananas, apples, oranges, oatmeal with toppings like flaked coconut, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, banana chips, dried cranberries, & even chocolate chips. The hot bar offered turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, & a spinach frittata. They also had blueberry mini scones, apple cinnamon muffins, blueberry muffins, iced coffee, oat milk, & French vanilla and hazelnut creamers. I fully expected to go elsewhere for breakfast, but they provided everything I needed for a delicious, filling, nutritious, high-protein meal. Cons: I thought the line of questioning during check-in was a bit intrusive. Marshall at the front desk asked why I was in town, & when I said I was there on business, he asked who I was doing business with. It didn't feel like casual conversation. It felt more like an interrogation. He also spent a lot of time questioning my address because the address on my driver's license didn't match what was in the system. For a 1-night stay, that seemed excessive. I've checked into numerous Marriott properties across the country this year alone & have never experienced this level of scrutiny. I understand the need to verify information, but the tone didn't feel like routine validation. After driving 3 hours at the end of a long workday on very little sleep, being interrogated was the last thing I was in the mood for. If anything needed to be confirmed, verifying my email address to ensure my folio was sent correctly should have sufficed. I'm not sure why the folded bath mat was stored in the soap dish inside the shower because that means you have to step into the shower to get it. Since the whole point is to put it down before showering so you don't slip when you get out, the placement seemed counterintuitive. This location also has that weird shower with no door, just a piece of glass covering about half the length of the shower. I angled the nozzle closer to the floor instead of directly at myself, which kept water from getting all over the floor this time. There is also no handheld shower wand, which makes rinsing off more difficult. Some of the light switches are hard to find. It took me several minutes to figure out how to turn on the bedside lights. The thermostat takes a very long time to respond. At first, I wasn't sure if it was broken. Despite multiple adjustments, I didn't hear the unit kick on or change speed for at least 15 minutes. The sink water tastes awful. If you've ever tasted well water, it's very similar. The hotel should consider additional filtration. I ended up getting filtered water from the gym just to brush my teeth, & it was only slightly better. The shower is also a little confusing to operate. The handle was turned so tightly in one direction that I genuinely thought I might break it before it finally moved & turned the water on. More USB outlets by the bed would have been helpful. There are plenty of standard outlets nearby, but nothing directly bedside. I forgot my charging block & only had a USB cord, so I had to use the USB ports at the desk & on the desk lamp instead. The in-room iron is dangerous to use. It constantly drips hot water as soon as it's picked up, & the labels on the dial are so worn that it's almost impossible to tell what setting you're using.

The room and the amenities are great and if it weren't for the kitchen (so that I can cook), I would leave in a heartbeat. Not really sure how folks opt to work in hospitality industries but have the faintest idea what it means. I will certainly let Marriott Bonvoy know how horrible these people are and they should be removed from the app. No Platinum or Titanium members should lodge here. The breakfast was decent. I liked that there's flaxseed, pumpkin seed, coconut flakes and other toppings available for oatmeal or cereal. The coffee matches the attitudes of the front desk employees...sucks! Overall, I wouldn't recommend or lodge here ever again!

It's a newer property, and you can tell. From the check-in lobby to the bar area, to the rooms and the sleek bathrooms with glass showers--everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully done. We checked in around 7 p.m., and the front desk associate was wonderful. She let us know there was a lacrosse tournament going on and made sure to put us in a quieter area of the hotel. We didn't hear a thing--she really looked out for us! The room itself was great. The bed was super comfortable, and honestly, that was one of the nicest flat-screen TVs I've ever seen in a hotel. I'd come back just to binge-watch a movie weekend-style! The toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner) were also high-quality--not the typical watered-down hotel basics. As a kind gesture, the front desk associate even offered us a drink credit at the bar because she knew the hotel might be busier than usual with kids. In our experience, though, it was peaceful and relaxing. We were only there for one night, so we didn't get a chance to check out the pool or fitness center, but based on everything else, I'm sure they're just as great. The hotel is located in an area surrounded by shops and restaurants in both directions--perfect for a quick bite or some casual shopping. It's a little pricey here but so worth it!

I booked a multi-night stay here as part of the last summer vacation I planned with my daughter, with plans to visit the nearby amusement park and water park over multiple days. Instead of being able to enjoy our vacation, I found myself documenting one problem after another and questioning whether this was an appropriate place for my daughter and me to stay. The room and property had numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues. I photographed a visibly dirty HVAC vent; concerning staining and deterioration around portions of the bathroom ceiling; poorly finished and mismatched paint and wall repairs; a microwave that was not acceptably clean; and damaged or compromised-looking door-security hardware. The overall condition of the bathroom was particularly concerning to me. Cleanliness was especially important during this trip because my young daughter had just begun her first menstrual cycle. At an already sensitive and unfamiliar time for her, the last thing I should have had to worry about was whether our hotel bathroom and accommodations were sufficiently clean and sanitary. I was also concerned about the overnight operation of the front desk. Based on what I personally observed, the overnight attendant appeared to have a sofa behind or near the front desk as a place to rest. I did not observe a separate staff area or an obvious bell or other system for guests to summon assistance. My concern is not with the individual employee, but with management's apparent staffing arrangements and whether adequate systems are in place to ensure guests can obtain assistance and the property is appropriately monitored overnight. This was not simply a matter of the hotel being older or needing cosmetic updates. The cumulative cleanliness, maintenance and security concerns made me uncomfortable staying here with my daughter. I have extensive photographs documenting the conditions I personally observed. I am requesting a full refund for my stay and will be escalating my concerns to Comfort Inn/Choice Hotels leadership. A family should be able to check into a hotel expecting a clean, secure and properly maintained rooms and property amenities--especially when they have paid for a multi-night vacation. This experience fell far below that basic expectations and standards.
