In town to visit family and decided to stay here for a few nights. We arrived early and our room was ready, along with our complementary bottles of water. The room was nice and chilly and beds were comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible if you are trying to do your makeup. Also, there is no exhaust fan to turn on when showering. We ate breakfast downstairs one morning and the food was just okay. However, each night when we returned to the hotel we would have one drink at the bar and the bartender Chris was fabulous. He was friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations and sights to see in the area. The hotel has a pool and it was always empty, so we had it to ourselves! This hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and a huge Bass Pro Shop down the road. Not too far from Main Street for more restaurants and shopping. They let me check in at 1:30p which was very nice of them. Staff was friendly, lobby was clean. Both days the conference center had events which made parking terrible. People generally cleared out by 9-10pm tho. Pool was tiny and was busy so I didn't try. Rooms were clean but showed some wear. The walls were probably the worst part of the stay. I could easily hear normal conversations next door. If you have active kids or "active" adults then you will hear EVERYTHING. Bathrooms were clean but very small. I loved the neat closet space tho. Tv was good and channel selection ok. No smart tv tho. Ac was great. Like 8 USB A ports in the room. Sheets were clean. I didn't try breakfast. Check out 12:00. read more

This Hilton Garden Inn in Broken Arrow is a solid choice--clean, comfortable, and clearly better maintained than the older airport location. The hotel feels relatively new, with spotless rooms and fresh, well-kept facilities. Despite the highway being a bit of a drive, the rooms are very quiet. The bar has good energy, and while the restaurant seems understaffed--with one server handling a lot--she does her best to keep things running smoothly. There's plenty of parking, though they do charge $5 per night. Overall, it's a comfortable, pleasant stay that's worth the price. read more

I was sent to this hotel after the Embassy Suites overbooked and didn't honor my reservation. The Garden Inn also overbooked and did not have a room for me. They offered to pay for one night at a roach motel across the street. When I brought up the fact that I would be without lodging from 11am when I had to check out of the Roach Motel and 3pm when the earliest room would be available at the Garden Inn. I was offered nothing but the option to wait in my car in the parking lot or the lobby, while still being charged for the entire stay. The Manager, Charlotte Cox, offered no additional solution other than to extend my stay at the Roach Motel the booked me into. The icing on the cake, when I got to the Roach Motel the front desk lady was mad at me because Charlotte was yelling at her about being "bothered in her pajamas." I would not stay here and feel this property should not be part of the Hilton brand. Moreover, Charlotte is not a good manager who is willing to work with customers to offer reasonable solutions. As I result of me booking with this hotel I ended up sleeping in a rental car outside. Run away from here! This is the reason I'm switching to Marriott after being a long time Diamond Member. read more

Had a great stay and everyone was really nice. The place was clean and the room was comfortable. The only complaint I have was the bath towels were thin rough and cheap. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The daily made-to-order breakfast is totally worth $9.95. If I lived in this area, I would come by for breakfast. I love the modern features like no dressers or drawers. They have about 8 hangers that rest against one another on one wall and opposite is 3 metal drawers with wooden shelves above them. It reminds me of the "Tiny House Movement" with its minimalist approach. My mom wasn't too keen on those features. She was like "Where are the drawers?") Shorter customers might have challenges changing the water pressure in the shower and getting on the bed. It was quite a challenge for my mom to get on the bed because she's 5'4. I gave her the idea of pushing the blue chair closer to the bed then using it to hoist herself up. I especially love the blue "reading chair" because you can fit sideways and rest your head while reading. The next time I'm in Broken Arrow, I will definitely stay here! read more

Filthy hotel. Paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling. We spent three nights here with very little sleep. The refrigerator in the room kept squealing. The first night the alarm clock went off at 5:00 the morning in our room. The next two nights the alarm clock went off at 5:00 in the morning in the neighboring room with no one to turn the alarm off. The free breakfast was awful. I will never stay here again. read more

I had a pleasant experience here. The staff was super friendly. Check in and check out was easy and fast, not to mention she let me check in a bit early. The room was very clean and spacious. The entire hotel was pretty nice and in great shape. My only complaint was the speed in which the water heats in the shower. We figured out that we had to wait probably 5 minutes before getting into the shower. After that, the water was fine, but that first shower was pretty frigid. We didn't eat at the hotel during our stay, nor did we go to the bar, so I can't speak about the amenities. However, the total experience was fantastic. The area has much to offer in terms of restaurants, not to mention the hotel is positioned close to the highway without hearing the traffic noise. I've stayed at many of the hotels in the Tulsa area; this one is definitely one of the best! read more

Refreshingly good experience. Upon arrival it seemed it was going to be a long night because the parking lot was packed and families with children were everywhere. To our surprise the hotel was so quiet. It seems to be built to absorb noise. The doors shut in a way that they don't slam. The hallway carpet is plush enough to absorb a person's stomping. If there were other guest next to us, we did not hear them and we even had an adjoining room. We would stay here again. read more

My wife and I stayed three nights. When we checked in, we were quoted a price of $139 per night. When I returned home and checked the receipt, I found we we charged $139 for the first night, but it then went up to $163 for the second night. I have sent a request over two weeks ago for an explanation, and have not received a response. Very disappointing! read more

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are newer and are clean. This hotel is great except you have to pay for EVERYTHING. They don't even have free breakfast. The free WiFi is slow and I wasn't even able to watch my Netflix on the free WiFi. They did have better WiFi available for members. Other than having to pay for everything this is a nice place. The service is average and the place is well kept. The only reason I would not recommend this place is because you have to pay for everything. read more

Stayed here because it looked newer and my experiences with Hilton have always been positive. Not the case with this hotel. The room was clean, but the walls were paper thin. I felt like my neighbors were in the room with me. I could not only hear my neighbor's TV, but their unreasonably loud conversation perfectly (12:00 am mind you). Hotel front desk "responded" to the noise complaint to state that they couldn't hear anything outside. Impossible -- neighbors were yelling. Not sure they even walked by the room. I went to sleep with earplugs in and was still awoken at 8:30am by my neighbors yelling again. Hotel moved me rooms the next day (they were somehow booked out that night), but there really wasn't a remedy for the lack of sleep and frustration of night 1. If you like a reasonably peaceful night's rest, book this hotel with caution. read more

I stayed at this hotel on April 1, 2021 to April 2, 2021 and had a great experience. The hotel was similar to all of the other Hilton hotels we stay at throughout our travels. I then needed somewhere to stay the night of April 2, 2021 to April 3, 2021 and decided to stay at this hotel again because my previous experience was so great. That night was horrible. I was assigned room 331 I believe and as soon as I entered, I could immediately smell a musty, sewage, or chemical smell from the bathroom. My first thought was they didn't clean in here which right now with everything going on cleanliness and sanitization should be top priority. I sat for a minute to see if it would dissipate and it did not. I began to get a headache so I grabbed all of my luggage and went to the front desk to see if I could switch rooms. The gentleman at the desk said there were no more rooms like that, so I asked to downgrade. I was so tired at this point I was okay with anything other than that smell. The front desk told me that they were completely booked and offered me a can of Lysol that was about 1/8 full. Knowing I was too tired to safely drive I took it and went back upstairs. Once in the horrible smelling room I sprayed the small amount of Lysol I was given, I emptied the shampoo and conditioner bottles that were provided down the drain and ran warm water to try to mask the smell to no avail, I then took both bars of soap provided and placed them in the sink and had a small stream of warm water slowly drizzle over them trying to mask the smell. It did not work. (I do have photos of that setup) After that I let the shower run on hot for about 15 minutes to see if that would "disinfect" the smell and that did not work. I then tried cold water for a while, that did not work. If you can't tell now, I was desperate to get the smell out so I could be comfortable. Nothing worked. I knew I had to shower so I went ahead and pushed through. Luckily my shampoo and conditioner have a strong good smell that got me through the shower. When done showering I immediately shut the bathroom door and only opened it when absolutely necessary. The smell crept into the room, but I fell asleep quickly. When checking out I informed the lady at the desk of what happened, and it seemed that she had a note, so they were very aware of what I had to deal with. I told her that I did not believe I should be charged for the room due to the conditions I had to endure. She said she would talk to management. Leaving the hotel with a throbbing headache and my eyes burning I was upset, disappointed and angry. I stay ay Hilton hotels with my husband all over the Midwest and have never been treated like this. A few days later I got an email saying they would refund half of my stay. I feel like that is not sufficient. Coming home with a headache and my eyes burning, my husband angry. They could and most definitely should do more to take care of repeat customers being as me and my husband have over 7,000+ points. I have emailed up asking for the corporate office information. I have the information; I would just like to give Hilton locally the opportunity to make this right before I go further up the chain. Overall, not a bad hotel. I guess my experience was a little different. I am still waiting on a reply. I will update if I receive one. Overall right now with the lack of hospitality in a hospitality industry I cannot recommend this establishment, should someone reach out I will add the resolution to the review. read more

I have never been to a Hilton or Hilton Garden that doesn't say, "Thank you for being a Hilton honors member." And they usually give a snack and a couple water bottles to Hilton Honors member, but not this place. I have never not been given a guest bag. I couldn't get coffee refills. I had to ask several times for new towels. I asked for my trash to be removed from my room multiple times. I finally got towels myself. I took the trash out on my own. I asked for coffee in the lobby and the staff member didn't even look up from her computer. She rudely replied, "No! we never give coffee." I said, "Many hiltons have coffee in the lobby." She lifted her voice and said, "No! Never!" I turned and said, "Okay thank you!" I was shocked how poorly trained this staff was. I will stay at Hilton in tulsa area but probably not this one. I have been diamond several years but now I am only a gold member. I usually always choose Hilton for all travel. I have never had a bad stay at Hilton. The attitude of the Broken Arrow Hilton Garden staff was so unusually rude. They were extremely short. It was almost impossible to get the day time staff member to look up from the computer when asking simple questions. There was no line and no one in the lobby but still they wouldn't look at you when replying. I want to say I'm embarrassed to give a review on yelp. I hoped yelp would allow me to give a negative star rating for this terribly tainted and poorly trained team. Don't stay here! read more
