Very happy with the accommodations. Squeaky clean hotel and room. The staff. Wow... So friendly, accommodating, we felt genuinely welcomed the entire time. A little bummed that the pool was closed. Parking was great! Gym is awesome! (So pack your gym wear!) Overall was a great experience! The staff made it quick, easy, and completely comfortable.

Wow! Everything about this hotel was lovely! Traveling a lot like we do we see the good and not so…read moregood but this was the GREAT! We appreciated the friendly faces at the front desk and how welcoming the entire staff was! Big shoutout to the staff there and to their top notch customer service. The location was close to Tulsa (only 15 min to where we played that night) but also felt quiet and safe. We felt fine parking our van and trailer there at the end of the night which is really important. There are also quite a few shops nearby which is handy if you've forgotten something during your travels like we often do. I loved how by the front desk they have a pantry area in the front by the desk so you can quickly grab a snack without having to leave the hotel! Or if you are up to it you can cook a meal in your room in the kitchen. This is a great option if you are on a budget or need to stick to a specific diet (very difficult to do when traveling but not so bad when you can cook for yourself!). The rooms are ENORMOUS! With a little living area, kitchen and bed room these are more like apartments than hotel rooms. We all had a great night's sleep in the super comfy beds. The entire hotel is taken care of well and is clean (this helps you sleep better!) We loved staying here and highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely be back when coming through Tulsa on tour! #socialmediapromo #socialmediainfluencer #hotelsandresorts #TowneplaceSuitesBrokenArrow #Marriott #ignitehospitalityservices #hotelphotography #workandtravel #Tulsa #BrokenArrow #Oklahoma

Good things: reasonably clean Good price…read more Friendly staff Good location Good breakfast Improvement needed: Suites are only equipped for three people so if you have kids like we do, you won't have enough dishes. More bedding needed. They were good about giving us an extra blanket, but really if there is a hide-a-bed, there should be a warm blanket in the room for that bed. The blanket in the room was not even as thick as a flannel sheet. Updates needed in furnishings. The couch is really uncomfortable. Needs USB ports I am pretty sure the place hasn't been updated in thirty years as far as furniture and electronics. Overall, not bad, not great.

The grass needs to be cut, and the landscaping is in need of work. The front office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Frisibel was fantastic. Our first room did not have proper beds for our family and she changed it immediately. We needed sheets for our sofa bed she brought them to us. The room was ok but there were issues. The couch was old and dirty looking. Our fitted sheets were the wrong size. The silverware was missing, and there was only one glass in cabinet. Parking near our unit was a premium, and the back of the hotel looks like a dump site. Stephina took all of my concerns and acted on them. She said hotel is going through renovations right now. I have seen other hotels renovate and have been a lot more organized, and waste removal is managed much better. The breakfast was not the best quality but most of it was edible. There was a meat dish that looked terrible. There were fruit flies visibly present, and bananas and oranges were very old. Since we were only here two nights we felt we could deal with the issues accordingly.

Dirty. the amount of dust on just the fridge was epic. plus the interior had a few stains. the rest of the room was borderline clean but dust dust dust. I went to the desk to change rooms and..... Room 2. same fridge dust and did not bother looking at the rest of the room as the deadbolt was secured by a produce isle bag tie. A BAG TIE! see attached pic At that point I canceled and went somewhere else The grounds appear to be a mess with the construction. the dust and mickey mouse deadbolt speak to no standards. They have a sign up so you know! The staff were friendly and we kept getting lost--they helped us out a lot haha Drink stations are complimentary, aka free! Even by the food courts. The Hard Rock shop does Military/Veteran discounts on Hard rock items only, must show ID. (Drinks or food bought in the shop do not get a discount) We got the king suite and it was HUGE! Definitely didn't expect something so nice and comfortable! There were a few pieces of hair in some places in the bathroom (floors) but I didn't mind, it wasn't in my way--the bed was my main concern lol, and it was clean! No hairs, no bedbugs, nothing! Yay! (The room was super huge and everything else was very clean, mirrors had no smudges, no hair or dirt on desks, vanity, etc) The bathrobes ARE FREE TO USE, but if you take them you'll have to pay for it. (We called front desk to double check) There are many options to choose from with the casino machines, you don't need a card to play these. You can insert $$ into the machine, cash out, and it'll give you a paper you can either reuse in another machine or cash out at the service center. Parking lots are also watched 24/7 and security trucks are always coming through! The parking lots are also huge and wrap around the whole place, so plenty of parking for trailers if you're hauling one! Very comfortable environment! We're hoping to come back in the future!

On this last visit, we stayed due to being part of the Oklahoma Honor Flight to Washington DC. I was my dad's Guardian for the trip. That was an amazing get-to-do for veterans and their families. This was April 2026... if you're a veteran, sign up for the OK HONOR FLIGHT!! The Hard Rock does host many things such as events like this. We enjoy the concerts, the drinks, and comp stays. Our teenage son enjoys the heated pool too. There are two main pool areas, which is a great idea!! I can see how they separated the party goers and family friendly options. Way to go Hard Rock!! Rooms are spacious. Book you a mini vacay!!
