Very happy with the accommodations. Squeaky clean hotel and room. The staff. Wow... So friendly, accommodating, we felt genuinely welcomed the entire time. A little bummed that the pool was closed. Parking was great! Gym is awesome! (So pack your gym wear!) Overall was a great experience! The staff made it quick, easy, and completely comfortable.

I went down to the desk and asked for a key. Without verifying my name or any personal information, the woman at the desk simply handed me a key. She never even looked in the computer to verify the room number. I was reaching for my ID but she said she didn't need it and they just don't check ID there. When I began to question the safety of this, I was told it was a safe hotel and since the hotel is small, they hand out keys when they recognize people. I let the woman know I had checked in late the night before and she had NEVER seen me before. When I noted that someone could simply forget their room number and be given a key, she seemed unsure how to respond. I'm a single mom traveling with little kids and this seemed incredibly dangerous. I asked to speak with a manager. She told me the manager and owner was her husband but I could talk to him if I wanted. My kids and I went back to the room quickly to get something and came back to the desk, and her husband was now there. When I raised these basic safety concerns about key cards being given out without checking anything. He started to yell at me, telling me I was being rude, they didn't need my negative energy, and if I didn't feel safe I could simply leave. At this point, I tried again to explain that I had concerns about safety if anyone can just get my key, and that the hotel has this policy in writing about keys, and he said he was kicking me out of the hotel. It's a holiday weekend and I'm standing there with two little kids just asking for them to check ID before giving out my key. I stood there for a minute not knowing what to do or how to respond. I couldn't believe the situation over such a simple request. After a minute or so of just standing there I asked him if he wanted us to go pack and leave and he threw up his hands and said he had gotten frustrated and we could stay. We immediately left the lobby and went on with our day. We decided to change hotels later that afternoon though because I simply didn't know who had a key to my room or who could get one, and I didn't feel safe with hotel staff being so volatile. When I called Best Western, they also couldn't process a refund because it had to go through the individual hotel- so I would have to talk to they manager again. We simply left. That's our last Best Western for sure!

We appreciated the friendly faces at the front desk and how welcoming the entire staff was! Big shoutout to the staff there and to their top notch customer service. The location was close to Tulsa (only 15 min to where we played that night) but also felt quiet and safe. We felt fine parking our van and trailer there at the end of the night which is really important. There are also quite a few shops nearby which is handy if you've forgotten something during your travels like we often do. I loved how by the front desk they have a pantry area in the front by the desk so you can quickly grab a snack without having to leave the hotel! Or if you are up to it you can cook a meal in your room in the kitchen. This is a great option if you are on a budget or need to stick to a specific diet (very difficult to do when traveling but not so bad when you can cook for yourself!). The rooms are ENORMOUS! With a little living area, kitchen and bed room these are more like apartments than hotel rooms. We all had a great night's sleep in the super comfy beds. The entire hotel is taken care of well and is clean (this helps you sleep better!) We loved staying here and highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely be back when coming through Tulsa on tour! #socialmediapromo #socialmediainfluencer #hotelsandresorts #TowneplaceSuitesBrokenArrow #Marriott #ignitehospitalityservices #hotelphotography #workandtravel #Tulsa #BrokenArrow #Oklahoma

More bedding needed. They were good about giving us an extra blanket, but really if there is a hide-a-bed, there should be a warm blanket in the room for that bed. The blanket in the room was not even as thick as a flannel sheet. Updates needed in furnishings. The couch is really uncomfortable. Needs USB ports I am pretty sure the place hasn't been updated in thirty years as far as furniture and electronics. Overall, not bad, not great.

The grass needs to be cut, and the landscaping is in need of work. The front office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Frisibel was fantastic. Our first room did not have proper beds for our family and she changed it immediately. We needed sheets for our sofa bed she brought them to us. The room was ok but there were issues. The couch was old and dirty looking. Our fitted sheets were the wrong size. The silverware was missing, and there was only one glass in cabinet. Parking near our unit was a premium, and the back of the hotel looks like a dump site. Stephina took all of my concerns and acted on them. She said hotel is going through renovations right now. I have seen other hotels renovate and have been a lot more organized, and waste removal is managed much better. The breakfast was not the best quality but most of it was edible. There was a meat dish that looked terrible. There were fruit flies visibly present, and bananas and oranges were very old. Since we were only here two nights we felt we could deal with the issues accordingly.

There were a few pieces of hair in some places in the bathroom (floors) but I didn't mind, it wasn't in my way--the bed was my main concern lol, and it was clean! No hairs, no bedbugs, nothing! Yay!
