When I arrived at the wrong location (the funny thing is they do have a Kim Sun Young hair salon here in La Crescenta, but it is closed), I called them then I found out their location actually is in Los Angeles and will take 30 minutes for me to drive there. Even I am willing to drive there, they said they cannot keep my appointment till then... Very disappointed...They should have clarified their Yelp address is wrong when I called a few days ago to make an appointment. Or update the location in Yelp please! I take one day off for hair perm and coloring with them but end up wasting my time...
