So either tech is liar or stupid or there pulling a scam. Used these guys before and felt this way but gave benefit of the doubt. stay away if can or just go buy new appliance , when these guys get down with you , you will be wishing you did

I do not know what I would do without them. They are a totally honest company and have stood behind all their service. Our refrigerator was not staying cold and since it was fairly new it was a total mystery. RA stuck with the case until solved- hinges were bent, closed door did not turn off light - tho we could not see that right away- and they ordered new hinges and put them on for free. I expected them to have suggested buying a new refrigerator - but they talked me out of that - several times. I did not pay for extra service calls - I paid to have the problem solved. My dryer- OLD- was not functioning well - but they did not want to sell me a new one - the service person found a twisted vent hose, replaced it - dryer is perfect. I trust them totally. They have worked on every appliance Replaced the dishwasher and washing machine with the highest quality appliances and reasonable prices. I recommend this company and the attitudes of every employee I've come in contact with - the office as well as the service people.
